본발명은섬유화질환의개선또는예방용식품조성물및 이의제조방법에관한것으로 (A) 깐마늘을 250℃에서로스팅하는단계; (B) 상기로스팅된깐마늘을냉각시키는단계; 및 (C) 상기냉각된깐마늘을열풍건조시켜반건조구운마늘을제조하는단계;를포함함으로써, 노화에의해유발되는섬유화질환을개선또는예방할수 있다. 또한, 독성이없으므로식품의형태로섭취할수 있다.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a medicinal composition for treating or preventing diabetes and a functional composition for improving or preventing diabetes containing Spergularia marina as an active ingredient. Since the Spergularia marina is very effective in improving insulin sensitivity, the present invention in this respect can be a functional composition containing the Spergularia marina as the active ingredient for improving insulin sensitivity. The Spergularia marina is a natural product has been used as a food ingredient, thereby being judged to have no problems involved in tolerance or safety. In addition, the Spergularia marina is very effective in reducing the blood glucose level and improving the insulin sensitivity, thereby being able to be widely used for various purposes to treat, prevent, or relieve diabetes.

PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent containing purple bamboo salt prepared using bay salts and bamboo is provided to prevent or treat gastrorrhagia, inflammation, ulcer, and gastric mucosal injury. CONSTITUTION: A therapeutic agent for treating gastritis and gastric ulcer contains purple bamboo salts as an active ingredient, containing hydrogen sulfide. A method or preparing the purple bamboo salts comprises: a step of inputting bay salts and cut bamboo chips into a ceramic tank; a step of heating the ceramic tank at 1,000-1,200 Deg. C. for 50-90 minutes; a step of sealing and cooling the ceramic tank by 15-25 Deg. C.; a step of pulverizing the salts; and a step of repeating the steps 2-5 times. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing salt having skin whitening activity comprises: a step of performing thermal treatment of salt at 700-900°C for 30 minutes to 4 hours; a step of performing thermal treatment at 700-900°C for 1-5 hours; a step of mixing the salt and bamboo in a weight ratio of 40:60~70:30; a step of heating for 4-6 hours; and a step of performing thermal treatment at 1,100°C for 15-16 minutes. A cosmetic composition with whitening activity contains the functional salt as an active ingredient.
