RAID를 적용한 SSD 컨트롤러가 개시된다. 상기 SSD 컨트롤러는 다수의 채널들과, 호스트와 데이터를 주거나 받고 RAID 레벨 정보에 기초하여 다수의 RAID 레벨들 중에서 하나의 RAID 레벨을 선택하기 위한 RAID 컨트롤러와, 상기 RAID 컨트롤러에 접속되고 선택된 어느 하나의 RAID 레벨에 따라 상기 데이터를 처리하기 위하여 상기 다수의 채널들 각각에 접속된 다수의 비휘발성 메모리 칩들 각각을 액세스하기 위한 액세스 컨트롤러를 포함한다. RAID, SSD, 비휘발성 메모리
Abstract:
A method array using a graphene switching device is disclosed. The disclosed memory array includes multiple graphene switching devices which are arranged in a matrix shape, multiple word lines which are connected to the gate electrode of the graphene switching device of each column, multiple bit lines which are connected to the drain electrode of the graphene switching device of each row, and multiple source line which are connected to the source electrode of the graphene switching device of each column. The graphene switching device includes a schottky barrier between the drain electrode and a channel in a drain electrode direction from the source electrode.

PURPOSE: A logic device and an operation method are provided to improve efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A logic device(LGD) includes a function block(FB). The function block includes a first storage block(SB1), a second storage block(SB2), and a function controller(FCTR). The first function control unit receives a first setup selection signal and a first setup command signal which sets a first function. The first function control unit sets a first function in a first storage block based on a first setup command signal by selecting a setup storage block of a first operation section based on the first setup selection signal.
