The present invention provides a novel compound which can activate Nrf2 that is a transcription factor for expression of the quinone reductase gene. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing a pyrazolopyrimidine derivative compound for suppressing NO generation and a pharmaceutical composition containing the pyrazolopyrimidine derivative compound for preventing and treating neurological disorders are provided to suppress NO generation in vivo and to treat neurological disorders caused by functional disturbance and apoptosis of neural cells. CONSTITUTION: A pyrazolopyrimidine derivative compound of chemical formulas I-VII or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing NO generation contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent and the compounds as active ingredients. A composition for treating neurological disorders contains the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent and the compounds as active ingredients. The neurological diseases are selected among Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, amylotrophic lateral sclerosis, epilepsia, depression, pain, anxiety, and neurodegenerative diseases.

PURPOSE: A microprobe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have an effect of maintaining the insertion strength of a microprobe which is probed in a brain by using an operation unit which is coated on a flexible unit of a probe. CONSTITUTION: A microprobe(100) includes a probing unit(110) which is composed of a strengthened material and inserted into a brain; a flexible unit(120) which is composed of a soft material and connected with the end of the probing unit; an operation unit(130) which is coated on at least one side of the flexible unit and composed of a material which is melted with a solution of the inside of a skull; and a body unit(140) which is connected with the other end of the flexible unit border whose one end is connected to the probing unit. A microprobe makes a feature in which the operation unit, which passes through an opening on a part of the skull and maintains the insertion strength after the probing unit is inserted into a brain, is melted by a solution of the inside of the skull; the flexible unit is exposed; and the body unit is used by being arranged on the outside of the skull.

본 발명은 HBV(Hepatitis B Virus) 증식에 필요한 캡시드 단백질과 표면 단백질 간 상호작용(결합도)을 세포 영상으로 측정하여 HBV의 증식 억제물질을 검색하는 방법으로, 구체적으로 HBV의 표면 단백질의 PreS 부위와 세포막 표적화 기능의 PH(Pleckstrin homology) 도메인의 서열을 포함하는 융합단백질, 상기 융합단백질과 상호작용하는 캡시드 단백질과 형광단백질(GFP)을 포함하는 융합단백질 간의 상호작용에 의하여 세포 영상의 변화를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 HBV 증식에 필요한 단백질 간의 상호작용을 세포 수준에서 검색하는 방법을 이용하여 새로운 HBV의 증식 억제물질을 세포 수준에서 검색하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
