PURPOSE: A system for verifying and managing an abnormal module and method for using the same are provided to remotely verify and manage whether a current collector of an on-line electric vehicle is abnormal, thereby inexpensively maintaining the system. CONSTITUTION: An abnormal module verification managing system comprises a segment module(110), an information collecting device(120), and a central server(150). The segment module forms a power supply road. The information collecting device is mounted on an on-line electric vehicle(140). The central server receives information collected from the information collecting device to detect an on-line electric vehicle with an abnormal segment module or an abnormal current collecting device.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A power supply method for a segmented electric vehicle and device thereof are provided to prevent a magnetic field for supplying power from being generated, thereby increasing efficiency of supplying power. CONSTITUTION: A power supply method for a segmented electric vehicle(200) comprises power supply segments(511,513) and a power line. The power supply segments are consecutively arranged along with a road progressing direction in the lower part of a road and supply power to an electric vehicle driven on the road. The power line supplies power to each power supply segment. The power supply segment includes a vehicle sensor(303), a power supply switch, and a power supply line.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system and a method for implementing a robot behavior pattern, and a recording medium thereof are provided to implement various behavior patterns reflecting the character and intimacy with a user by extracting primitive data corresponding to the attitude and disposition of a robot. CONSTITUTION: A first synchronization unit(10) mutually connects templates and generates a behavior pattern of a robot. An intimacy generator(20) determines the attitude of the robot by determining an intimacy level between a robot and a user. A robot character generator(30) determines the disposition level of the robot by determining the character of the robot. A behavior pattern changing unit(40) substitutes the template parameter of the behavior pattern with a parameter corresponding to the attitude and disposition of the robot. A recombination unit(50) recombines the templates comprised of the substituted parameters. A second synchronization unit(60) mutually connects the recombined templates and generate the changed behavior pattern.

PURPOSE: A method for scheduling packets by using a deficit round robin method is provided to accept a delay quality of service while keeping a contract band of flow. CONSTITUTION: A service species of packet for scheduling is judged(S22). If the packet for scheduling is equivalent to delay quality of service, quantum which satisfies with a delay condition which delay quality of service requires is dynamically assigned(S24). The packet is serviced. If the packet for scheduling is equivalent to delay non-guarantee service, a residual quantum is assigned and the packet is serviced(S26).

PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming the good feeling of a robot and a method thereof are provided to calculate the level of tension of emotion relation between the robot and multiple users. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming the good feeling of a robot comprises a good feeling generating unit(100), a good feeling expression unit(200) and a good feeling learning unit(300). The good feeling generating unit receives an input feature value of a user, calculates the individual closeness between the robot and user, calculates the level of tension formed between the robot and other users, and then calculates the good feeling of the robot.

A pheromone table(106) is generated based on the statistics information of the energy consumption rate in the energy statistics model.
