PURPOSE: A washing and drying machine of ginseng is provided to have less restriction for the installation space by having a small size, to reduce the water consumption in washing, and to have an excellent washing efficiency by adapting a nozzle injection type. CONSTITUTION: A washing and drying machine of ginseng comprises: a main body(10) which has a drain tank(13) with a drain hole(14) on the bottom of the containing space to discharge collected washing water to outside; a rotary tank(20) which is a drum rotating in a fixed speed and washing and drying the injected ginseng, and comprises multiple through-holes, an inlet port(22), and hinge shafts(23, 24) formed on both sides; and a washing and drying driver(40) which is installed by penetrating the hinge shafts within the rotary tank, and comprises an injection pipe in a pipe shape with one closed end, multiple nozzles formed in the lower part of the injection pipe, an infrared lamp installed on one side of the injection pipe, and an UV lamp installed on the other end of the injection pipe. The main body further includes a transparent door which vertically opens and closes. A hinge shaft on one side of the rotary tank further includes pulleys(27, 31), and is connected to a pulley of a driving motor through a belt. In the other opening of the injection pipe, a hose is further connected through an electromagnetic pump.

PURPOSE: A ginger tea composition and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent marketability by controlling the browning phenomenon of the ginger tea composition. CONSTITUTION: A ginger tea composition contains 15~25wt% of ginger slices obtained by dipping the ginger slices into a vitamin C solution after pre-processing with slightly acidic electrolyzed water, and blenching. The sweetness of the ginger tea composition is controlled by adding starch syrup, oligosaccharide, and sugar. The ginger tea composition additionally contains carrageenan, CMC, ginger concentrate, and a ginger diluted solution.

A spreadable low fat pork liver product using a fat replacer such as whey protein, isolated soybean protein, starch and grape seed oil is provided to ensure a low fatty acid composition and cholesterol content. A spreadable low fat pork liver product contains 3 to 10% by weight of whey protein, 1 to 5% by weight of isolated soybean protein, 1 to 5% by weight of starch, 1 to 5% by weight of carrageenan, 1 to 10% by weight of olive oil, 1 to 10% by weight of grape seed oil and additionally any one of garlic, red pepper and Kimchi powder. PURPOSE: A processed food of reconstructed meat using pork and its manufacturing method are provided, thereby preventing destruction of the reconstruction meat while cooking it. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a processed food of the reconstruction meat using pork comprises the steps of: cutting pork in a certain size; adding TG (transglutaminase) into the cut pork to induce enzyme reaction not to be divided into each piece of pork, in which the TG is TG-B aqueous or TG-B powder wherein the TG-B aqueous is prepared by 0.5 to 1.0% of TG-B than the volume of the pork into 4 times larger volume of water than that of TG-B volume and TG-B powder is added into the pork sufficiently to cover the pork; and the production of the processed food of reconstruction pork is carried out under the temperature of 3 to 6 deg. C and the pressure of 5 kg/cm2 for 6 to 24 hours.

PURPOSE: A feed for an egg-laying hen capable of increasing the content of an immunoprotein and a method for eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins using the same feed are provided, thereby effectively producing the eggs containing a large amount of IgY immunoproteins. CONSTITUTION: The feed for an egg-laying hen contains 0.3 to 0.5 wt.% of cinnamon and 2 to 4 wt.% of peppermint. The eggs containing a large amount of immunoproteins are produced by feeding the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint to with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain into an egg-laying hen, in which the cinnamon is added in the amount of 0.1 to 2 wt.%; and the peppermint is added in the amount of 0.5 to 4 wt.%. When an egg-laying hen is fed with the feed containing cinnamon and peppermint along with administration of a Streptococcus mutans strain, an egg contains a larger amount of IgY immunoproteins than that of the prior egg-laying hen.
