Abstract:
PURPOSE: A binder composition containing urethane acrylate is provided to prevent the damage of fiber by heat, thereby maintaining the inherent characteristic of fiber after locking the finishing agent in fiber and maintaining shape stability. CONSTITUTION: A binder composition containing urethane acrylate comprises 100 parts by weight urethane acrylate, 1-4 parts by weight light initiator, and 2-5 parts by weight crosslinking supporting agent. The binder contains 1-5 parts by weight aroma capsule. The viscosity of the binder is 10,000-30,000cps. The photoinitiator is one or more selected from benzophenone group compound, acylphosphine oxides compound, and acetophenone based compound. The photoinitiator is the mixture of 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropion phenone and diphenyl-(2,4,6- trimethylbenzoyl) phosphin oxide. The crosslinking supporting agent is a monomer containing diacrylate. The diacrylate is polyethylene glycol[PEG] 400 diacrylate.

PURPOSE: A new rod-type reactive mesogen is provided to prepare the reactive liquid crystal with high birefringence and to embody an efficient compensation film with thin thickness through the filming. CONSTITUTION: A rod-type reactive mesogen is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1-R^12 are selected from hydrogen, alkyl group, aralkyl group, ethinyl group, halogen, nitro group, amino group, cyanide group, and thiocyanate; L is selected from -O-R-, -NH-R-, -C(=O)-O-R-, -C(=O)-NH-R-, -C(=O)-Ar-O-R- and C(=O)-Ar-NH-R-; R is a linear or branched (C1-C20) alkylene group; Ar is a (C6-C30) arylene group; and n is the integer of 1~10.

PURPOSE: A triphenylene-based reactive mesogen compound and a synthesizing method thereof are provided to produce a compensation film as a core material of a large screen wide viewing angle liquid crystal display, and to improve the liquid-crystalline phase at the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A triphenylene-based reactive mesogen compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is H, or a functional group of compounds marked with chemical formula 1-a~1-c. X is either O or NH. In the chemical formula 1-a, Z is the H, 4-CH3, 4-OCH3, 4-Br, 3-CH3, 3-OCH3, or 3-Br.

PURPOSE: A flame retardant composition containing a phosphonate compound and a method for flame retardant fiber treatment by UV curing are provided to prevent fiber damage and maintain form stability. CONSTITUTION: A phosphonate compound having an effect of flame retardant is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are same or different hydrogen or alkyl group of C1-C3. A flame retardant composition contains 100 weight parts of compound of chemical formula 1, 1-10 weight parts of photo initiator, and 1-10 weight parts of solubilizer. The photoinitiator is benzophenone, aceophenone, or ether compound. A method for flame retardant treatment of fiber comprises: a step of immersing the fiber sample in a flame retardant composition an padding; a step of irradiating UV to the fiber sample to cure the flame retardant composition on the surface of the fiber sample; and a step of washing and drying the cured fiber sample.

PURPOSE: Provided are pigment yellow based on quinoxaline which is ecofriendly and has excellent solvent resistance and colorfastness to light, and a method for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The pigment yellow based on quinoxaline represented by formula 1 is characterized in that it is prepared using aminoquinoxaline represented by formula 9, as a diazotized compound. In the formulas, R, R1 and R2 are the same or different, and hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl group, nitro(-NO2), C1-C2 alkoxy group, C1-C18 heterocycle, methyl ester(COOCH3) or halogen group such as chloro or bromo. The pigment yellow is prepared by the steps of (i) diazotizing amino quinoxaline compound represented by formula 9; (ii) dissolving coupler represented by formula 11 into solvent; (iii) mixing two reaction solution obtained from the steps (i) and (ii) at 0-5 deg.C; and (iv) adding base to the solution mixed in the step(iii) to adjust pH to 6-7 with stirring. In the formula 11, R, R1 and R2 are the same as the above.

PURPOSE: Provided is a water-insoluble dispersion reactive dye having a vinyl sulfone reactive group, which dose not contain hazardous amine and metal and can perform dyeing in acidic and neutral condition and has excellent washing fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion reactive dye(formula 2) is produced by diazotizing 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) and mixing the diazotized 2,5-substituted aminophenyl-4-vinyl sulfone(formula 1) with a coupler at 0-5deg.C and adding a base to separate the produced dye. In the formula, A is methyl or methoxy, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aminoalkyl, cyanoalkyl, and amino acetyl.

본발명은삼반응기형청색반응성염료에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는한 염료분자내에모노클로로트리아진과두 개의비닐설폰기가반응기로도입되어있어염착률이월등히높아염색폐수가거의발생하지않고, 뿐만아니라염료분자내에적어도한 개의아미노페닐-β-아세톡시에틸설폰반응기가도입되어있어물에대한용해도가낮아염석공정시에소량의염을사용하게되므로폐수처리비용을크게절감시킬수 있고, 염석후 여과시여액으로빠져나가는염료의손실량을최대한줄일수 있는효과를가지는다음화학식 1로표시되는삼반응기형청색반응성염료에관한것이다. 상기화학식 1에서 : Z 및 Z'는서로같거나다른것으로서 OSOM 또는 OCOCH를나타내며, Z 및 Z'중적어도하나는 OCOCH이고,n은 0, 1 혹은 2를나타내며, M은알칼리금속원자를나타낸다.
