    Abstract: 본 발명은 배기열 회수장치 내부에 밸브 액추에이터가 삽입된 밸브 액추에이터 내장형 배기열 회수장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고온의 배기가스가 통과되는 바이패스 통로 상에서 바이패스 통로를 개폐할 수 있도록 회전 가능하게 설치되는 바이패스 밸브, 상기 바이패스 통로의 측부에 결합되며, 상기 바이패스 통로와 연통하여 바이패스 통로가 폐쇄되었을 때 바이패스 통로로부터 공급되는 고온의 배기가스와 냉각수 유입구를 통해 유입되는 저온의 냉각수 사이에 열교환이 이루어지는 열교환기, 상기 열교환기를 수직방향으로 관통하여 형성되는 삽입구에 삽입되며, 내부에 왁스(wax)가 밀봉되어 냉각수 온도에 따른 왁스의 팽창 또는 수축에 의해 상·하로 이동되는 로드를 구비하는 밸브 액추에이터 및 일단은 상기 밸브 액추에이터 로드의 상단에 결합되고 타단은 바이패스 밸브의 회전축에 결합되며, 상기 로드의 상하운동을 회전운동으로 변경하여 로드의 이동에 따라 바이패스 밸브가 바이패스 통로를 개폐할 수 있도록 하는 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 배기열 회수장치를 컴팩트화함으로써 생산 원가 및 중량을 절감하고 밸브 액추에이터 주변에 차열 구조를 포함하여 밸브 액추에이터의 작동 신뢰성을 향상시킨 밸브 액추에이터 내장형 배기열 회수장치에 관한 것이다.
