    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerating chamber which is not burnt or hardly burnt by a method wherein a heat insulation box body and a cooling system constituting the refrigerating chamber are made non-combustible or flame-retardant. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation box body 27 is formed in a non-combustible or a flame retardant state and a part of a cooling system 28 is also formed in an incombustible or a flame retardant state. The heat insulation box body 27 comprises or is constituted of incombustible or flame-retardant parts and the cooling system 28 also comprises or is constituted of incombustible or flame-retardant parts. A means to bring it into an incombustible or a flame retardant state substitutes a resin part form a metal, covers a resin part with a metal, and is incombustible or flame retardant surface treatment of a resin part through resin modification. In the refrigerator, when combustion originates from a refrigerator itself, since the heat insulation box body and the cooling system are incombustible or flame retardant, combustion is insignificant. When the refrigerator catches fire from other origin of combustion, since the heat insulation box body and the cooling system are incombustible and flame retardant, catching fire from other origin of combustion is prevent and a spreading fire is blocked.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily remove a part from an inner box or an outer box for material recycling by a method wherein foaming heat-insulating material is injected between the inner box and the outer box to form a solid heat-insulated box and an adhesive blended with micro-balloons containing foaming agent is used to attach the part on the surface of the inner box or the outer box. CONSTITUTION: A foaming heat-insulating material 3 is injected between an inner box 1 and an outer box 2 to form a solid heat-insulated box. An adhesive 9 of acrylic resin, etc., is blended with micro-balloons 10 that contain fluorocarbon or hydrocarbon blowing agent and are made of a material such as vinylidene chloride resin excellent in gas barrier property and is used to attach a part 5 on the surface of the inner box 1 or the outer box 2. Thereby, when the heat-insulated box undergoes heat treatment for disposal the foaming agent 11 contained in the micro-balloons 10 reacts and the adhesivity of the adhesive 9 declines, so that the part 5 can be easily removed from the inner box 1 or the outer box 2, allowing material recycling.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent generation of cracking by forming an resin inner box of a resin composite which is obtained by mixing a graft copolymer of a conjugate diene, an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, and a poly n-butyl acrylate coated with the above copolymers. CONSTITUTION:A resin composite which forms an inner box contains a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a vinyl cyanide compound of 35 to 52wt.%, a vinyl aromatic compound of 48 to 65wt.% and a monomer mixture under existence of a conjugate diene synthetic rubber, and a copolymer of a vinyl cyanide compound of the above percent by weight and a vinyl aromatic compound of the above percent by weight. The resin composite is formed by mixing the above copolymers and a poly n-butyl acrylate coated with a copolymer of the above vinyl cyanide compound and vinyl aromatic compound. Thus it is possible to provide a heat insulating box free of crazing and cracking in spite of a strong chemical attacking quality of urethane heat insulating materials HCFC123 and HCFC141b.

CONSTITUTION:A space between an inner casing 6, formed of a high nitrile thermoplastic resin composition consisting of graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 52-58 weight% of vinyl cyanide compound and 42-48weight% of aromatic vinyl compound under the existence of 13-15weight% of conjugated diene series synthetic rubber having average grain size of 0.14-0.22mum, and an outer casing 7, made of a metal, is filled with expandable heat insulating material 5 consisting of organic polyisocyanate, constituted of polyole, foaming agent, catalyst, the constituents of foaming agent of HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b and the mixture of them and 40-90weight% of isocyanate constituents of polymeric MDI or the prepolymerized substance thereof and the balance of TDI-80, crude TDI and the prepolymerized substance thereof with the graft ratio, satisfying a formula (I) within the range of specific viscosity of 0.067-0.077.
