    Abstract: A gradient-index phononic crystal flat lens which controls the behavior of an acoustic wave having a designated frequency. The gradient-index phononic crystal flat lens may include one or more super cells each having a plurality of layers stacked in a vertical direction according to a target gradient index profile, wherein each of the layers is composed of an aggregate in which unit cells having scatterers formed with the same size in the centers thereof are arranged in a horizontal direction. The one or more super cells may each include a divider provided between the neighboring layers, and configured to force the acoustic wave to propagate in the horizontal direction within the gradient-index phononic crystal flat lens.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to particle measuring apparatus and a particle measuring method, whereby particle counts per size range can be measured with a high accuracy using a laser power scanning in which lasers of several powers are sequentially irradiated. First, minimum powered lasers capable of measuring particles having more than relevant size are irradiated to a particle measurement space for a predetermined time in response to plural counts of each mutually different particle size, and the counts of particles per size are measured by detecting a scattered light. Furthermore, the counts of particles belonging to each size range can be accurately calculated through an algorithm using the actually measured value.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for generating, erasing, and moving a skyrmion in a magnetic thin film. The apparatus for generating, erasing, and moving the skyrmion may include: a first electrode to which a first voltage for generating and erasing the skyrmion is applied; a second electrode to which a second voltage for moving the generated skyrmion is applied; a free layer having one end connected to a ground and the other end connected to the second electrode; a pinned layer which is connected to the first electrode; and a barrier layer which is provided between the free layer and the pinned layer and includes a conducting path connecting the free layer and the pinned layer.
