Abstract:
The present invention relates to a primer set for detecting food poisoning, a PCR device using the same and a method for detecting food poisoning using the same. Accordingly, the present invention can contribute to preventing proliferation of food poisoning bacteria and responding quickly to take action against the bacteria because infection of food poisoning bacteria can be precisely and quickly confirmed with inexpensive cost.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to jeungpyun and a manufacturing method thereof. Fermented dough powder for making the jeungpyun whose volumetric expansion ratio is over 200% according to one embodiment of the present invention contains 100 parts by weight of rice powder, 10-30 parts by weight of takju (raw rice wine), 10-20 parts by weight of sugar, and 0.3 parts by weight of salt and is fermented dough which can be dried or pulverized. The method for making the jeungpyun using the fermented dough powder and the jeungpyun manufactured thereby can reduce time for fermentation and manufacturing, simplify cooking processes, improve texture and flavor of the jeungpyun and quality, and maintain uniformity without additional additives.
