Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fibrinogenase cel-KG27 gene derived from rumen microorganisms of a black goat and uses thereof, and more specifically, to a cel-KG27 gene which is a novel fibrinogenase gene selected from rumen microorganisms of a black goat and a method of providing protein products thereof and manufacturing feed additives, a detergent composition, and biofuel by using the same. According to the present invention, a cel-KG27 gene which is a novel fibrinogenase gene derived from the rumen microorganisms of a black goat can be selected, and by providing the fibrinogenase cel-KG27 gene and protein products therethrough, they can be used for developing low-priced feed additives, softener, and detergent and actively used for production of biofuel by decomposing fibrins which are rich sources.

본 발명은 인간 과립구 콜로니 자극 인자(G-CSF)의 변이체를 포함하는 허혈성 질환 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인간 과립구 콜로니 자극인자(G-CSF)의 아미노산 잔기 140번째 페닐알라닌(Phenylalanine, F)이 아스파라긴 (Asparagine, N)으로 치환되어 당쇄화가 일어나도록 아미노산 변형된 인간 과립구 콜로니 자극 인자(G-CSF)의 변이체를 포함하는 허혈성 질환 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 단백질 과발현 카세트가 넉인된 유전자 적중 벡터 제조 방법 및 이 벡터가 도입된 이종간 이식용 형질전환 복제동물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 사용 목적에 따라 프로모터의 선택이 가능하여 과발현시키기 위한 유전자의 발현 조절이 가능하며, 알파 1,3-갈락토실트랜스퍼라제 유전자를 효과적으로 넉아웃시킴과 동시에 사람 CD46(MCP) 과발현 카세트가 상기 선택된 프로모터에 의해 과발현되도록 넉인됨으로써, 이식거부반응이 억제된 형질전환 복제 미니어쳐 복제 돼지를 생산할 수 있으며, 이들 및 이들의 자손을 이용하여 이종간 세포와 장기의 이식에 널리 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken and a method for producing the same are provided to ensure anti-viral ability and to be used as a model animal for preventing viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains a promoter which is operable in birds and a 3D8 scFv gene which is operatively linked to the promoter. The promoter is a chicken beta-actin gene promoter. The 3D8 scFv gene further contains a reporter gene. The reporter gene is HA-tag. A method for producing a transgenic chicken comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of transducing the vector to chicken fertilized eggs; and a step of hatching the fertilized eggs.

PURPOSE: A gene targeting knock-in vector including protein over-revelation cassette, a manufacturing method thereof, and a transformation cloned animal for heterograft in which the vector is introduced are provided to manufacture a transformation reproduction miniature reproduction pig in which a graft rejection is controlled by effectively knock-out and knock-in at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A gene targeting knock-in vector successively including protein over-revelation cassette comprises a first area having base sequences which are homologous in gene of mammal, a cassette for protein over-revelation, and a second area having homologous base sequences in gene of mamma. The gene of mammal is alpha 1,3- galactosyltransferase gene. The mammal is a pig. The pig is a NH-miniature pig. The first area is a left arm including a part of intron 8 of the alpha 1,3- galactosyltransferase or Exxon 9. A size of the first area is 2kb~6kb.

CONSTITUTION: A mutant human G-CSF has amino acid modification by N-glycosylateion by formation of Asn-X-Ser/Thr(N-X-S/T) sequence in an amino acid residues: T1-P10 (T1-P-L-Q-P-A-S-S-L-P10); K40-Q70 (K40-L-C-H-P-E-E-L-V-L-L-G-H-S-L-G-I-P-W-A-P-L-S-S-C-P-S-Q-A-L-Q70); or L124-S142 (L124-G-M-A-P-A-L-Q-P-T-Q-G-A-M-P-A-F-A-S142). A pharmaceutical composition contains the mutant human G-CSF.
