본 발명은 (a) 갯장어 유래 델타-6 불포화효소 유전자를 Vicillin 프로모터와 Octopain 터미네이터 사이에 삽입하여 Pvic-McD6DES-Tocs 카세트를 구성하고, 상기 카세트를 형질전환 운반체에 클로닝 한 뒤 숙주 미생물에 도입하는 단계 및 (b) 상기 숙주 미생물을 유채에 감염시켜 형질 전환 시키는 단계를 포함하는 감마-리놀렌산을 다량 함유하는 형질 전환 유채를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 파이토프토라 시트로프토라(Phytophthora citrophthora) 유래 델타-6 불포화효소 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 들깨를 형질전환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 감마-리놀렌산 또는 스테아리돈산을 생산하는 형질전환 들깨의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 형질전환 들깨에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
A composition comprising a black rice extract is provided. The composition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the black rice extract and has an effect of preventing and alleviating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) that can be induced by ingestion of a fat-containing diet. The composition has an effect of increasing PPARα which oxidizes fatty acids in the liver tissue.

The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition including anthocyanin extracted from potato. The antioxidant composition including anthocyanin according to one embodiment of the present invention may include anthocyanin extracted from potato. The anthocyanin is cyanidin-based anthocyanin or peonidin-based anthocyanin. The cyanidin-based anthocyanin is cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside.

PURPOSE: A fatty acid elongase protein derived from Sparus aurata is provided to develop crop which produces polyunsaturated fatty acid(EPA, DHA). CONSTITUTION: A Sparus aurata-derived fatty acid elongase contains an amino acid of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the fatty acid elongase contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. pYES2-SaFAE vector contains the gene encoding the fatty acid elongase. A host cell transformed by a recombinant vector is yeast. A method for preparing functional polyunsaturated fatty acid in a host cell comprises a step of transforming the host cell with the recombinant vector. The polyunsaturated fatty acid is gamma linolenic acid(GLA), eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA), or docosa hexaenoic acid(DHA).
