본 발명은 국내 고구마 잎말림병 감염 DNA 바이러스 유전자 및 재조합 플라스미드에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 국내에서 주로 식용으로 재배되고 있는 고구마에 잎말림 증상을 유발시키는 제미니바이러스(geminivirus)인 고구마 잎말림병 감염 DNA 바이러스(SPLCV)의 감염을 확인하고, 고구마의 DNA로부터 이 바이러스의 전체 염기서열을 획득하여 재조합 바이러스 형태로 고구마에 감염시켜 병증 전이를 확인한, 국내 최초의 고구마 잎말림병증의 유발을 인위적으로 일으킬 수 있는 재조합 플라스미드에 관한 것이다. 고구마 잎말림병 감염 DNA 바이러스 유전자

The antioxidant composition including anthocyanin according to one embodiment of the present invention may include anthocyanin extracted from potato. The anthocyanin is cyanidin-based anthocyanin or peonidin-based anthocyanin. The cyanidin-based anthocyanin is cyanidin 3-sophoroside-5-glucoside.

PURPOSE: A producing method of functional bean curd using colored sweet potato is provided to enable users to intake beta-carotene of orange sweet potato, antocyanine of purple sweet potato, and other active components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional bean curd using colored sweet potato comprises the following steps: soaking 100 parts of soybean by weight and 50-100 parts of colored sweet potato by weight in water for 6-24 hours; crushing the water soaked mixture, and separating soy milk and bean curd dregs; heating the soy milk at 70-110 deg C, and adding a coagulating agent; and compressing the coagulated bean curd for molding. The colored sweet potato is orange sweet potato or purple sweet potato.

PURPOSE: Provided is a dyeing method of fabric using pigment of a purple sweet potato(natural anthocyanin), which has strong dyeability and simplicity of color extraction and use, and of which mass production of material, normalization and industrialization of dye stuff are possible. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing process using natural anthocyanin is following the steps of: cutting cortex and flesh texture of a purple sweet potato, followed by grinding for 2 minutes; extracting pigment by using an extractant having mixed 1% of HCl with 100% of methanol at 30-40°C for 24hours; adjusting concentration of the extracted pigment between 10-300%(o.w.f.); repeated-dyeing a fabric at 30-90°C for 30-180min.; adjusting pH of dye stuff for needed color; and then mordanting. In accordance with needed color, pH is 1-3(red), 4-7(purple color), 7-8(violet color) and 10-12(orange color). Mordant dyeing is characterized by concentration of a mordant being 1-30%(o.w.f.) at 20-40°C for 20-60min. In accordance with needed color, the mordant is A1(purple color), Cu(orange color), Fe(gray), Sn(violet color) and Cr(brown).
