    Abstract: Disclosed is a brake disk which includes: a friction part which has a coupling hole in the center thereof, a plurality of depressed parts formed along the inner periphery of the coupling hole at constant intervals, protrusions which protrude towards a space depressed from the depressed surface and both inner surfaces of the depressed part and are vertically tapered toward the protruding center; and a hub which has a plurality of protrusions which are coupled to the coupling hole of the friction part through a casting joint process, are inserted into the depressed part along the circumference of the hub.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disc is provided to supply a safety connection structure in which the stress concentration of a connection unit is not generated by connecting two kinds of brake disc elements with a ring-shaped connection element. CONSTITUTION: A brake disc comprises a friction unit(100), a hat part(300), a circular clamp(500), and a plurality of pins(700). The friction unit comprises a ring-shaped connection flange(140) and a connection hole. The hat part comprises a ring-shaped insertion unit(320) at a lower end. A clamp is closed connected to the outer periphery of the connection flange. Pins successively connect and fix the clamp, the connection flange, and the insertion unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A CTBA(Coupled Torsion Beam Axle) with improved compliance properties has a simple structure which provids toe in the toe value of rear wheels while being structurally steered by a link structure. CONSTITUTION: A CTBA(1) with improved compliance properties comprises carriers(13), a center pipe(21), and steering rods(22). The carriers are mounted on both ends of a torsion beam(11) by trailing arms(12) and carrier brackets. The center pipe is arranged at the center of the torsion beam by penetrating the torsion beam in the length direction of a vehicle. One end of the steering rods is connected to the carriers, and the other end thereof is connected to the center pipe. The steering rods are connected to the carriers by a ball joint. One end of the steering rods is connected to the carriers at a higher position than the center pipe.
