CONSTITUTION: A cooling-and-heating and a circuit for an air conditioner for an electric vehicle comprise a direct current conversion converter(11), an inverter(12), a battery charger(13), a driving motor(14), a compressor(41), a condenser(42), a expansion valve(43), and an evaporator(44). An air blower(10) in which the air flows in from atmosphere is formed in a front end of the direct current conversion converter. A heat exchanger(30) is formed in the back end of the driving motor. The heat exchanger heat-exchanges with the air conditioner circuit or discharges the air to the atmosphere.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling system for a vehicle comprises a drive unit(140), an air supply unit, and a vacuum pump unit(180). The drive unit generates driving force using electric energy. The air supply unit supplies air for cooling the drive unit to the drive unit. The vacuum pump unit inhales the air for cooling the drive unit. The drive unit is cooled by the air inhaled from the vacuum pump unit. Negative pressure is produced in one side of the inside the drive unit depending on the operation of the vacuum pump unit.
