    Abstract: 본 발명은 돼지의 KIA1717과 ENO3 유전자에 존재하는 SNP를 분석하여 한국 소비자들이 좋아하는 근내지방함량이 높고 육질이 우수한 고품질 종돈을 조기선발하는데 이용할 있는 기술을 개발한 것이다. 323두의 버크셔 종돈을 이용하여 KIA1717 유전자의 C1354T 변이와 ENO3 유전자의 4797bp 위치에서의 T 염기 결실에 대한 유전자형을 분석하여 육질 형질과의 관련성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 두 유전자는 모두 등지방두께와 관련성이 높게 나타났고, 다른 육질 형질과도 연관성이 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 두 유전자의 SNP를 확인하는 방법으로서 PCR-RFLP 분석기법과 특정 유전자형에만 반응을 일으킬 수 있는 primer를 이용한 AS-PCR 분석기법을 이용하여 돼지의 근내 지방함량이 높고 육질이 우수한 종돈을 선발하고자 한다.
    혈액, 모근, 조직으로부터 gDNA를 분리하고 두 개의 유전자에 대한 DNA marker를 이용한 PCR-RFLP 혹은 AS-PCR 분석방법으로 샘플의 유전자형을 확인하여 근내 지방함량이 높은 우수 종돈인지의 여부를 확인할 수 있다.

A method for manufacturing the concrete manufacturing admixture includes the following: Kaolin is sintered at temperature between 1000 and 1100 degrees Celsius and is cooled and dried in the water or air at temperature lower than 100 degrees Celsius in order to obtain amorphous kaolin. Phosphogypsum is sintered at temperature between 450 and 900 degrees Celsius and is slowly cooled in the air at temperature between 100 and 40 degrees Celsius. Anhydrite is obtained. The amorphous kaolin and the anhydrite are mixed and pulverized.
