Abstract:
PURPOSE: A DNA probe for discriminating the sex of chicks and a sex discrimination using the same are provided to discriminate sex chromosomes by fluorescence in situ hybridization. CONSTITUTION: A DNA probe for discriminating the sec of chicks has a sequence of sequence number 3 or a complementary sequence thereof. The probe is used using fluorescence in situ hybridization. A sex discrimination using the probe and chick feather comprises: a step of labeling isolated nucleic acids using a fluorescent material, and preparing the probe; a step of extracting chick cells to be diagnosed, and preparing a sample; and a step of hybridizing the probe and the sample, and analyzing. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A digital variable ELID(Electrolytic Inprocess Dressing) grinding and power supplying device is provided to improve grinding performance by enabling the precise control of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) and the variable control of load voltage/current. CONSTITUTION: A digital variable ELID grinding and power supplying device comprises an input circuit unit(100), an inrush current preventing circuit unit(200), a power factor improving circuit unit(300), a main switching circuit unit(400), a reverse voltage/reverse current circuit unit(500), and a CPU(600). The input circuit unit rectifies the pulsating currents of low-frequency. The inrush current preventing circuit unit restricts peak currents. The power factor improving circuit unit filters a power factor through sinusoidal currents to improve the power factor. The main switching circuit unit turns on/off a high-frequency switch to control irregular voltage. The reverse voltage/reverse current circuit unit prevents voltage and currents flowing backward from a load. The CPU controls the level change of DC voltage.

본 발명은 돼지의 KIA1717과 ENO3 유전자에 존재하는 SNP를 분석하여 한국 소비자들이 좋아하는 근내지방함량이 높고 육질이 우수한 고품질 종돈을 조기선발하는데 이용할 있는 기술을 개발한 것이다. 323두의 버크셔 종돈을 이용하여 KIA1717 유전자의 C1354T 변이와 ENO3 유전자의 4797bp 위치에서의 T 염기 결실에 대한 유전자형을 분석하여 육질 형질과의 관련성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 두 유전자는 모두 등지방두께와 관련성이 높게 나타났고, 다른 육질 형질과도 연관성이 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 두 유전자의 SNP를 확인하는 방법으로서 PCR-RFLP 분석기법과 특정 유전자형에만 반응을 일으킬 수 있는 primer를 이용한 AS-PCR 분석기법을 이용하여 돼지의 근내 지방함량이 높고 육질이 우수한 종돈을 선발하고자 한다. 혈액, 모근, 조직으로부터 gDNA를 분리하고 두 개의 유전자에 대한 DNA marker를 이용한 PCR-RFLP 혹은 AS-PCR 분석방법으로 샘플의 유전자형을 확인하여 근내 지방함량이 높은 우수 종돈인지의 여부를 확인할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Concrete manufacturing admixture containing phosphogypsum and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the durability and the compressive strength of concrete by optimally mixing amorphous kaolin and anhydrite. CONSTITUTION: Concrete manufacturing admixture includes 75-95 weight% of amorphous kaolin and 5-25 weight% of anhydrite. The content of sulfur trioxide is between 1 and 10 weight%. A method for manufacturing the concrete manufacturing admixture includes the following: Kaolin is sintered at temperature between 1000 and 1100 degrees Celsius and is cooled and dried in the water or air at temperature lower than 100 degrees Celsius in order to obtain amorphous kaolin. Phosphogypsum is sintered at temperature between 450 and 900 degrees Celsius and is slowly cooled in the air at temperature between 100 and 40 degrees Celsius. Anhydrite is obtained. The amorphous kaolin and the anhydrite are mixed and pulverized.

PURPOSE: A novel strain Bacillus licheniformis CS48 with fibrinolysis activity is provided to be applied to various fields. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain, Bacillus licheniformis CS(deposit number: KCCM11050P) has a fibrinolysis activity. The novel strain is isolated from horse droppings. A method for preparing Bacillus licheniformis culture liquid comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium; a step of culturing Bacillus licheniformis in the culture medium; and a step of collecting the culture medium. The culture medium contains soybean cake and rice bran mixed in a ratio of 8:2.

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing the stability of a vegetation-based gabion system for restoration of slopes of forest roads is provided to verify the stability of a slope prior to construction for stabilization and vegetation of the slope. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing the stability of a vegetation-based gabion system for restoration of slopes of forest roads is as follows. A gabion frame in a hexahedral shape is made by repetitively twisting galvanized iron wires. The interior of the gabion frame is covered with coconut palm fiber net, non-woven fabric or jute fiber net. The gabion frame is filled with rubbles, and the peripheral around forest soil and trees are broken. The broken soil and trees fill in gaps between the rubbles. A part of the gabion structure is buried in a slope, and plant is dispersed on the exposed part of the gabion structure.

PURPOSE: A method for restoring the slopes of forest roads is provided to simultaneously achieve stabilization and the vegetation of a slope by employing a gabion system with vegetation base materials where a part of the gabion system allows the passage of water and is buried in the slope. CONSTITUTION: A method for restoring the slopes of forest roads is as follows. A gabion frame in a square or rectangular shape is made by repetitively twisting iron wires. The interior of the gabion frame is covered with coconut palm fiber net, non-woven fabric, or jute fiber net. The gabion frame is filled with rubble and the surrounding forest soil and trees are crushed. The crushed soil and trees fill in gaps between the rubble in order to enable the sprouting and rooting of plants. The gabion structure is fixed with a plurality of piles, where a part(321,324) of the gabion structure is buried in a slope. Designated plants are dispersed on the exposed part(322,325) of the gabion structure.

PURPOSE: A transformant having high content of methionine using perilla-derived seed storage protein is provided to specifically overexpress PrLeg in potato tuber and produce crops having rich necessary amino acid content. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector contains a gene of perilla-derived seed storage protein. A promoter of a gene for tuber-specific expression is Patatin promoter derived from potato. The gene of seed storage protein is nucleic acid encoding PrLeg protein. The expression vector is CaMV35S::PrLeg/pSJ001, or Patatin::PrLeg/pSJpatatin01. A method for preparing a transformant having high content of methionine comprises: a step of preparing the expression vector; a step of transforming plant tissue with the expression vector; and a step of selecting transformant in which the expression vector is introduced.

A novel Bacillus sp. 9-4 which shows antibacterial activity on food borne microorganisms and has the fibrinolytic activity is provided to be used for preparing an onion soybean paste with nutrition and flavor of onion and soybean paste. A Bacillus sp. 9-4 isolated from traditional sources and having the fibrinolytic activity and antibacterial activity on food borne microorganisms is deposited as a deposition no. KCTC 18114P. An onion soybean paste is prepared by inoculating the Bacillus sp. 9-4 into boiled soybean to prepare fermented soybean and drying the fermented soybean to prepare soybean-Meju, adding Aspergillus rice koji, boiled soybean, parched wholemeal, parched rice powder, salt, water and boiled onion to the fermented soybean and then fermenting it to prepare an eclectic onion soybean paste, or preparing soybean source from the soybean-Meju, adding boiled onion and other ingredients to soybean-Meju obtained by filtering the soybean source and then fermenting it to prepare a traditional onion soybean paste.
