Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of sugar coated ginger slices is provided to prevent the change of the matter property and the browning phenomenon of the ginger slices. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sugar coated ginger slices comprises the following steps: pre-processing fresh ginger with slightly acidic electrolyzed water, and slicing the ginger; dipping the ginger slices into a vitamin C solution, and blenching the ginger slices with boiling water; preserving the blenched ginger slices in sugar, and dipping the ginger slices into a sugar solution for boiling; dehydrating the ginger slices, and coating with sugar before drying. The pH of the slightly acidic electrolyzed water is 5~6.5.

본 발명은 포도 덩굴 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 포도 덩굴 추출물 성분은 티로시나제 활성을 억제하고 멜라닌 생성을 저해하며, 자외선을 차단하여 미백효과가 우수하다. 미백효과가 우수할뿐더러, 세포 독성이 적어 부작용이 적은 피부 미백용 화장품을 제조할 수 있다. 자외선중 특히 UV-B이 차단효과가 강하며 자외선 차단용 화장품으로도 이용가능하다. 또한, 활용도가 적어 버려지는 포도 덩굴를 활용하여 경제적 잇점이 크다.

PURPOSE: An activity inhibition composition and a prevention composition of a colon cancer using a mycelium or its extract of a ganoderma lucidum are provided to control the activity of beta-glucuronidase and tryptophanase. CONSTITUTION: An activity inhibition composition contains a mycelium or its extract of a ganoderma lucidum as an active ingredient. The mycelium of the ganoderma lucidum is a ganoderma lucidum KCTC 16806. The activity inhibition composition for controlling the activity of beta-glucuronidase contains uracil ribonucleoside separated from the dried mycelium of the ganoderma lucidum as the active ingredient. A prevention composition of a colon cancer also contains the uracil ribonucleoside.

A red insam (ginseng steamed red) extract, a method for extracting red insam rapidly, and the food are provided to obtain the food containing the red insam extract. A red insam is extracted by pulverizing the red insam to prepare a red insam powder; and extracting the red insam powder by ethanol extraction or hot water extraction. Preferably the ethanol extraction is carried out with 65~75% ethanol at 65~75°C for 12~48 hours, and the hot water extraction is carried out with purified water at 65~75 for 12~72 hours.

A method for preparing the insam (ginseng) with reinforced ginsenoside, a method for preparing the hongsam (insam steamed red) with reinforced ginsenoside, and a dietary supplement containing the insam or the insam steamed red are provided to increase the content of ginsenoside in insam or hongsam. A method for preparing the insam with reinforced ginsenoside comprises the steps of precipitating insam in an organic acid solvent; and decompressing it for 5-30 min. Preferably the organic acid solvent is selected from the group consisting of acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, oxalic acid, malic acid and ascorbic acid and its concentration is 0.5-2 M. A method for preparing the hongsam (insam steamed red) with reinforced ginsenoside comprises the steps of decompressing the insam precipitated in an organic acid solvent for 5-30 min; and steaming it.
