Abstract: PURPOSE: A tire loading device for a vehicle is provided to enable a free-fall supplied tire to be supplied to a right position and to reduce the shock from the tire. CONSTITUTION: A tire loading device for a vehicle comprises a base plate(3), a mounting pipe(5), a shock reduction unit(10), a connecting pipe(7), a tire basket(20), a position determination unit(30) and a moving unit(60). The base plate is movably connected to the upper part of a workplace. The mounting pipe is downwards mounted on the lower part of the base plate. The shock reduction unit is installed in the mounting pipe and absorbs the shock in free fall of the tire. One end of the connecting pipe is inserted into the mounting pipe and is connected to the shock reduction unit. The tire basket is mounted on the lower pipe of the connecting pipe and the supplied tire is settled. The position determination unit is mounted on one side of the lower end of the connecting pipe and fixes the connecting pipe to a post pipe on a workplace to correctly position the tire basket on the workplace. The moving unit is mounted on the other side of the lower end of the connecting pipe to move the connecting pipe on the workplace.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for determining deterioration of a fuel cell is provided to rapidly deal with the deterioration of an electrolyte film by checking the state of the electrolyte film with regard to a fuel cell stack of the vehicle in real time. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine ion concentration measuring unit(162,167) detects the fluorine ion concentration of a stack effluent exhausted from a fuel cell stack(110). A condenser is installed on the pipe(110c,110d) of the fuel cell stack to condense the exhaust gas from the gas outlet of an anode and a cathode. A pH meter(161,166) detects the pH. A velocity measuring unit measures the velocity of the stack effluent. A controller(140) confirms an electrolyte film of the stack by calculating a fluorine flow velocity. The controller determines the deterioration of the electrolyte film if the fluorine flow velocity is out of the normal range.

The first gasket part comprises: a first gasket(110) which is installed along the outside edge of the antifreeze manifold; and a second gasket(120) which is installed along the outside edges of the hydrogen and air manifolds(12,16) and the edge of the separator, wherein a part in which the antifreeze manifold is placed is opened toward the outside of the separator(10) to prevent a membrane-electrode assembly from being contaminated with antifreeze leaked from the antifreeze manifold.
