Abstract:
A multilayer circuit board (100) serving as a motor driving circuit board is structured such that conductors of a first layer (110), a second layer (120), a third layer (130), and a fourth layer (140), which serve as conductor layers provided below an empty space to be occupied by a sealing material (170) when the sealing material (170) is charged onto a lower surface of a shunt resistor (12) serving as an electronic component having a large conductor surface, do not exist in a part facing the empty space. With this structure, it is possible to ensure that a capacitor is not formed between the circuit board (100) and the shunt resistor (12) without the need for an inflow prevention tool. As a result, an accurate current detection signal can be obtained reliably.

A printed circuit board (500a-d) is disclosed. The printed circuit board comprises a substrate (200) having a top surface (202) and a bottom surface (203). A ground plane (228) is on the bottom surface. A first signal trace (212a) is on the top surface along a first direction. At least two isolated power planes (208, 210) are on the top surface adjacent to opposite sides of the first signal trace, respectively. A conductive connection (216) along a second direction couples to the two power planes, across the first signal trace (212a) without electrically connecting to the signal trace, wherein the first signal trace (212a) doesn't directly pass over any split of the ground plane (228).

Le dispositif est réalisé dans un matériau rigide et conducteur électrique dont la forme permet de fixer le dispositif sur au moins une plage métallisée (4 ; 5) à la surface d'une carte de circuit imprimé (3) comme un CMS (6) et d'accrocher une sonde de test standard dans plusieurs directions autour du dispositif, et dont les dimensions (h, I, L) sont compatibles à celles des CMS (6). L'invention s'applique au test manuel des cartes de circuit imprimé équipées de CMS.

Die Umschalteinrichtung zur wahlweisen galvanischen Verbindung von Leiterbahnen einer Leiterplatte (1) besteht aus einem länglichen Isolierstoffplättchen (9) mit einem auf diesem fixierten, den Leiterbahnen der Leiterplatte im Querschnitt entsprechenden Leiterbahnabschnitt (7), dessen Enden (8) kreisringförmig ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Bohrung (10) umgeben, so daß das Plättchen mit dem Leiterbahnabschnitt auf die Leiterplatte aufgelegt und mittels Schrauben (11) mit selbstschneidendem Gewinde, die durch die Bohrungen gesteckt werden, mit der Leiterplatte verschraubbar ist.
