Abstract: PURPOSE: A deposition source, a deposition device including the same, and a method for forming a thin film are provided to prevent the deformation of the deposition materials by cooling a crucible which is not used for a deposition process. CONSTITUTION: A first deposition source(20) and a second deposition source(30) store deposition materials and alternatively supply the deposition materials by heating or cooling the deposition materials. A transfer unit(40) is connected to the first and second deposition sources. The deposition materials supplied from the first or second deposition source moves by a transfer unit. The deposition sources are connected to the transfer unit and include nozzle units(50). The nozzle unit discharges the deposition materials supplied via the transfer unit.
