PURPOSE: A mobile terminal with a projector and a method for displaying data of the mobile terminal are provided to share presentation data, outputted through a projector, with a remote person by the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A counterpart person mobile terminal(100b) receives presentation data from a mobile terminal(100a). The mobile terminal outputs image data and presentation data of the counterpart person mobile terminal through a projector. The counterpart mobile terminal checks the received presentation data. The counterpart mobile terminal outputs the presentation data through a projector.

An apparatus and a method for simultaneously outputting a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) picture and a UI(User Interface) picture of an application are provided to allow a user to continuously view DMB although the user executes another application while the DMB is received. A DMB receiving unit(216) receives DMB data. A display unit(206) includes a picture converting unit(226) for converting picture output setup to output a picture for outputting a UI of an application selected by a user as a background picture and output a picture for outputting the DMB data as a foreground picture. An RGB converting unit(228) converts a format of picture output data of DMB for outputting the DMB data as an image on a screen of the display unit(206) into a data format capable of performing a translucent process. A DMB picture processing unit(224) performs the translucent process of the picture output data of the DMB converted by the RGB converting unit(228). If the execution of a specific application is selected while the user views the DMB, a control unit(220) converts the picture output setup, performs the conversion and the translucent process of the picture output data of the DMB, and outputs a UI output picture and an output picture of the DMB data according to the converted picture output setup.

A cleaning solution and a method for forming a metal pattern of a semiconductor device are provided to remove completely a hard polymer by using a mixed solution containing acetic acid, inorganic acid, fluoride compound, and deionized water. A metallic film made of Ru is formed on a substrate(10). A TiN layer is formed on the metallic film. A TiN pattern and a metallic pattern(20a) are formed on the resultant structure by performing selectively a dry etching process on the TiN layer and the metallic film. The by-products due to the etching process are removed from a peripheral region of the metallic pattern without the damage of the TiN pattern by performing a cleaning process on the resultant structure using a mixed solution containing acetic acid, inorganic acid, fluoride compound, a corrosion inhibitor, deionized water.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the dual processing of display data in a portable device with a projector function are provided to dual-process display data displayed on a display device of a portable terminal and display data outputted to an external screen with a projector function. CONSTITUTION: A projector module is activated(S705). Screen data transmitted to a display device and a projector module is generated. Display data for a display device and display data for a projector to be displayed on an external screen through the projector module are generated(S707). The generated display data is dual-processed and displayed on the display device and the projector module(S709).

According to an example embodiment of the present invention, the microelectronic cleaning agent may include a fluoride component, an acid component, a chelating agent, a surfactant and water. Example embodiments of the present invention provide a microelectronic cleaning agent which can selectively remove, for example, a high-k dielectric layer. The microelectronic cleaning agent includes from about 0.001 weight % to about 10 weight % of a fluoride component, from about 0.001 weight % to about 30 weight % of an acid component, from about 0.001 weight % to about 20 weight % of a chelating agent, from about 0.001 weight % to about 10 weight % of a surfactant, and water (H 2 O). The water may comprise the remainder of the cleaning agent. According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the microelectronic cleaning agent is also provided.

PURPOSE: A method for limiting originating calls of a mobile communication terminal is provided to set originating permission time, and to intercept an originating function when the set originating permission time expires. CONSTITUTION: When a user attempts to originate a call(301), a controller confirms whether an originating call limit mode is set(302). If so, the controller compares originating permission time inputted by a manager with total originating time(303), and intercepts the originated call if the total originating time elapses the originating permission time(304). If the total originating time does not elapse, the controller confirms whether the originating permission time is ready to expire(306), and outputs a message informing the user of a remaining time(307). The controller controls a normal call(308), and accumulates counted time for originating(310).
