PURPOSE: A PTZ camera driving device is provided to precisely control a PTZ camera without vibration by preventing torque compensation and backlash of a stepper motor. CONSTITUTION: A PTZ(Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera driving device includes a photographing unit(100), a tilt compensation module(200), and a stepper motor. If the stepper motor is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, a pinion gear(210) is rotated in the counterclockwise direction to move a rack gear(220) to the right direction in which a dual coil spring(230) is compressed. If the stepper motor is rotated in the clockwise direction, the pinion gear is rotated in the clockwise direction to move to the left direction in which a dual coil spring is compressed. Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a scanning waveform are provided to minimize distortion of a waveform by setting an optimum frequency of a scanning waveform through a SEM image control unit. CONSTITUTION: A scanning waveform control unit(100) generates a scanning waveform according to a frequency of a scanning waveform corresponding to resolution of an SEM image and a time for obtaining an SEM image. A deflection coil(200) is formed to convert the scanning waveform to an electron beam and to scan the electron beam on a surface of a sample. A second electronic signal detection unit(300) detects a second electronic signal emitted from the surface of the sample. An AD convertor unit(400) transmits with the SEM image to a controller. A DA converter unit converts a frequency of the scanning waveform to an analog signal and transmits the analog signal to the scanning waveform control unit.

PURPOSE: The nano stage of the electron beam lithography apparatus revises the deflection coil in the production of the micro pattern in the admissible distortion rate range. The micro pattern is created consecutively. CONSTITUTION: The sample(40) is included in the upper side of the stage(33). The stage unit(30) is formed in order to go in and out to the vacuum chamber. The stage unit rotates the stage the X, Y, Z shaft with movement. The electronic scanning unit injects the electronic beam on sample on the nano stage(100). Domain more than the admissible distortion rate of the deflection coil is corrected through the micro movement of the nano stage.

본 발명은 자동 흉부 압박 제세동 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 패드부, 흉부 압박기 및 제세동기를 구비한 자동 흉부 압박 제세동 장치를 이용한 자동 흉부 압박 제세동 방법에 있어서, 흉부에 부착된 상기 패드부로부터 신체의 저항값과 ECG 신호를 획득하는 단계와, 상기 ECG 신호로부터 맥박 또는 맥압을 측정하는 단계와, 상기 맥박 또는 맥압이 기 설정된 임계치 미만인 경우, 상기 흉부 압박기를 가동시켜서 흉부 압박을 수행하는 단계와, 상기 제세동기의 초기전압을 상기 저항값을 고려하여 승압시켜서 커패시터에 충전하는 단계, 및 상기 충전된 전압을 상기 패드부를 통해 방전하여 상기 흉부를 제세동하는 단계를 포함하는 자동 흉부 압박 제세동 방법을 제공한다. 상기 자동 흉부 압박 제세동 방법 및 그 장치에 따르면, ECG로 환자의 상태를 파악하고 신체의 저항값을 반영하여 흉부 압박과 제세동의 유기적 연속 활동을 자동으로 수행할 수 있다. 따라서, 전문적인 응급 구조원이 없이도 응급 상황에 신속한 대응이 가능하고 심정지 환자의 생존률을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for control PTZ camera according to 3D location vale of a smart phone are to provide a good quality image screen to a smart phone's user by duplex communication. CONSTITUTION: A smart PTZ(Pan Tilt, Zoom) camera(100) photographs a specific target object by control of a PTZ control module(200). The PTZ control module is installed in one side of the smart PTZ camera. The PTZ control module photographed image data and present location to a web application module(300) for PTZ control of remote location. The web application module transmits an operation command control signal according to three-dimensional touch location value on a touch screen. 본발명은기존의주사전자현미경(SEM:Scanning Electron Microscope)에서출력되는 SEM 이미지가편향코일의임피던스성분으로인해주사신호의왜곡이심한상태에서 SEM 이미지가표출되는문제점을개선하고자, 주사파형제어부, 편향코일, 2차전자신호검출부, AD 컨버터부, DA 컨버터부, SEM 이미지제어부로이루어진주사파형제어장치가구성됨으로서, 해상도와실시간 SEM 이미지업데이트시간을고려한스캔파형의최적의주파수를 SEM 이미지제어부를통해설정할수 있고, 스캔신호에서왜곡이가장심한부분인하강후파형의상승이시작되는지점에서왜곡을최소화하기위해 B-Spline 곡선생성방법을이용하여상승시점전에시간을충분히확보함으로서파형의왜곡을최소화할수 있어, 기존에비해 10% 미만으로 SEM 이미지의왜곡을줄일수 있어, 고배율에서질 좋은 SEM 이미지를판독할수 있는 SEM 해상도증대를위한주사파형제어장치및 방법을제공하는데그 목적이있다.

PURPOSE: A sample chamber for a scanning electronic microscope is provided to rapidly and conveniently exchange samples by opening an inlet of the sample chamber using an automatic chamber door. CONSTITUTION: A sample chamber(30) for a scanning electronic microscope comprises a chamber door(100). An inlet(130) is formed on one surface of the sample chamber. The chamber door automatically opens and closes the inlet. The chamber door has a cylinder(110) and a piston(120). The cylinder is fixed to the sample chamber. The piston is moved by pressure supplied to the cylinder. One end of the piston is connected to the chamber door, and the inlet of the sample chamber is opened and closed.
