Abstract: 본 발명은 트라이포드식 등속조인트의 내부 구성 부품의 형상을 개선하여 등속조인트의 축력을 감소시킴으로서, 차량에서 발생되는 진동 및 소음을 줄이도록 고안된 것으로, 하우징(1)에 축방향의 3개의 트랙홈이 축방향의 등간격으로 형성되고 하우징(1)의 내부에 3개의 트러니언이 돌출된 스파이더(2)가 설치되고, 각 트러니언의 바깥 둘레에 니들 로울러(4)와 구면 로울러(3)가 설치되는 등속조인트에 있어서, 니들로울러(4)와 스파이더(2) 사이에 테이퍼베어링과 볼베어링으로 구성된 원판 베어링(8)과 베어링지지대(9)가 설치되어 작동각에 대해 스파이더(2)가 원판 베어링(8) 위를 구름접촉을 하며 회전하고 구면 로울러(3)는 하우징(1)의 안내면에 의해 하우징(1)의 축선과 평행하게 안내하여 구름접촉을 하도록 구성함으로써 하우징(1)의 트랙홈 안내면과 구면 로울러(3) 사이에 발생하는 마찰저항을 저감할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트라이포드식 등속조인트를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An axial force reduction-type tripod constant velocity joint is provided to reduce vibration and noise generated in a vehicle by reducing axial force of the constant velocity joint by improving components. CONSTITUTION: An axial force reduction-type tripod constant velocity joint is composed of three axial track grooves axially formed to a housing(1) at regular intervals; a spider(2) mounted in the housing and formed with three protruded trunnions; and a needle roller(4) and a spherical roller(3) installed around the outer periphery of each trunnion. In addition, a disc bearing(8) and a bearing supporting bar(9) comprising a taper bearing and a ball bearing are installed between the needle roller and the spider. The spider for operating angle rotates with rolling-contacting on the disc bearing and the spherical roller is guided by the guide surface of the housing with being parallel to the axis of the housing. Accordingly, friction resistance generated between the track groove guide surface of the housing and the spherical roller is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An axial force reduction-type double offset constant velocity joint is provided to reduce vibration and noise of a vehicle by reducing sliding resistance and axial force generated in the double offset constant velocity joint, to reduce the generation of heat caused by friction by the reduction of sliding movements, and accordingly to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: An axial force reduction-type double offset constant velocity joint is composed of six rectilinear ball track grooves(3,4) axially formed to the inside of an outer race(1) and the outside of an inner race(2) at equal angles of 60 degrees; six balls(5) assembled between the ball track grooves; a cage(6) supporting and guiding the balls to a predetermined position when the joint is a folding angle; a cage holder(12) inserted between the outer race and the cage; and plural balls(10) axially installed in a retainer(11) at which the cage holder and the outer race are contacted.
