Abstract: Novel monogalactosyldiacylglycerol compounds isolated from Sargassum Thunbergii are provided which shows anti-fungal activity on Candida albican and contains both alpha-linoleic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA). A [(2S)-1-O-(5Z,8Z,11Z,14Z,17Z -eicosapentaenoyl)-2-O-(9Z,12Z,15Z-octadecatrienoyl)-3-O-beta-Dgalactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol] is represented by the formula(1). A (2S)-1-O-(9Z,12Z,15Z-octadecatrienoyl)-2-O-(6Z,9Z,12Z,15Z-octadecatetraenoyl)-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol is represented by the formula(2). A method for preparing the monogalactosyldiacylglycerol compound comprises the steps of: (a) after mixing cut Sargassum Thunbergii with methanol in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:3 and leaving it for 48-72 hours, filtering it; (b) concentrating the methanol filtrate under reduced pressure and adding a mixture solution of butanol and water in a weight ratio of 1:1 thereto; (c) concentrating solvent of the butanol layer under reduced pressure and adding a mixture solution consisting of methanol and water in a weight ratio of 15:85 and normal hexane thereto; and (d) concentrating solvent of the methanol layer under reduced pressure and isolating the desired product through a reverse silica flash chromatography.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A chemical composition judgment device and a method thereof are provided to automatically analyze the chemical composition of a lipid body from a mass spectrum with high precision in consideration of isotope information organized in a database. CONSTITUTION: A judgment device for the chemical composition of a lipid body is composed of a lipid body information input part(101), a user parameter input part(102), a chemical composition analysis part(103), a lipid body database(104), and a result information output part(105). The lipid body information input part takes charge of the input of spectrum information(501) obtained from a lipid body sample through a mass spectrometer, and the user parameter input part inputs the charge state of the mass spectrometer at the point of obtaining a mass spectrum, an adduct type, and a mass error range considered when automatically granting a chemical composition from the mass, as the parameters required for a precise chemical composition analysis. The chemical composition analysis part is a part automatically granting chemical composition information from the mass spectrum by mutually comparing and analyzing the mass spectrum information inputted from the lipid body information input part and the mass spectrum information for each chemical composition already stored in the lipid body database, by considering the user parameters inputted from the user parameter input part.
