Abstract: A common loading facility with different kinds of propellers is provided to reduce number of assembly process and to progress processes consecutively by varying location of propeller shaft and transferring and stacking the propeller shaft stably. A common loading facility with different kinds of propellers comprises a loading unit and a pallet. The loading unit has a base plate(2), a hinge contact sensing member(3), and a variable placing loader(4). The base plate is assembled to a travelling rail(1) by a guide block(2a). The hinge contact sensing member is standing at an extended end of the base plate and senses moving distance to supply a movement and a stop signal. The variable placing loader moves along a guide rail(2b) which is lengthily aligned at an upper surface of the base place and stacks different shafts(P) at a bolting assembling location for different axles and transmissions' s positions. The hinge contact sensing member has a gap maintaining block(3a), a position rod(3c), and a contact sensing unit(3d). The gap maintaining block is extended to one part of the base place. The position rod is assembled to an end of the gap maintaining block by a hinge(3b) and vertically standing to be bent backward when contacts with an object. The contact sensing unit is patched on a surface of the position rod to sense contact with objects, and sends the signal to a controller.

Abstract: An apparatus for regulating configuration of hub bolts for wheel assembly automation and a method for assembling wheels using the same are provided to automate a process for assembling tires by positioning the hub bolts at a predetermined position before assembling the tires in a vehicle assembly line. An apparatus for regulating configuration of hub bolts comprises a transfer frame(120), an arm(141), a bar(143), a switch(144) and a controller. A wheel assembly device for temporarily assembling a wheel with a hub bolt is installed on the transfer frame(120). The arm(141) is movably installed on the transfer frame(120). Abstract: An apparatus and a method for auto-inspecting a cap mounting position of a vehicle are provided to improve driving performance and to improve the working ratio by executing an inclining inspection of vehicles automatically without worker's sensitivity. Abstract: PURPOSE: A separating panel having a gas flow channel with uneven structure for a fuel cell is provided to minimize the gradient in gas concentration in the gas flow channel, and remarkably reduce the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the gas flow channel, thereby helping to easily drain the water in the channel, to diffuse the gas into the electrode.
