Abstract: A dual oil feed structure of a CDA(Cylinder De-Activation) engine for a vehicle is provided to improve responsibility and stability of a CDA by independently controlling an oil circuit, thereby enhancing fuel efficiency of the vehicle. A dual oil feed structure of a CDA engine for a vehicle includes a main oil hole and a sub oil hole. The main oil hole controls the lash of a valve by feeding oil to an HLA(Hydraulic Lash Adjuster,130). The sub oil hole feeds oil to an RFF(Roller Finger Follower) to operate a CDA. An oil control valve(300) is placed at the center part of a main oil path(110) to feed oil to a sub oil path(210). The oil inside the main oil path is supplied to the HLA to set the lash of the valve to zero and supply oil to a cam shaft bearing(140). The oil control valve lubricates the HLA, the RFF, and a cam by feeding oil of regular pressure even when being turned-off. The oil control valve transmits high oil pressure to the RFF through the HLA by connecting the oil of the main oil path to the sub oil path when being turned-on.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a gasket of a cylinder head for an automobile is provided to prevent leakage of coolant and oil by improving sealing performance. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes wiring(11) placed along a circumference of a cylinder bore of a combustion chamber independent of a core plate(13); an eyelet(14) laminated to cover the wiring to reinforce the wiring; and a bead plate(12) piled up on both sides of the core plate to seal a coolant channel and an oil channel, and formed with a plurality of layers of bent plate members. The bead plate has an upper side and a lower side bent to be honeycomb symmetrical with each other with respect to the core plate. A stopper(15) is mounted to a circumference of the core plate to fix the core plate so as to keep thickness of the whole of a cylinder head gasket(10) constant. The eyelet is independently separated from the bead plate and the core plate so as to prevent damage of the cylinder head gasket when a stepped cylinder liner is shaken in a cylinder bore to impact the eyelet of the cylinder head gasket as an engine is started.
