본 발명은 고압 액상 화물 운반을 위한 펌프와 비혼합 피스톤 액체를 이용한 화물 선적 및 하역 방법 및 그 장비에 관한 것이다. 고압 액상 화물을 펌프와 화물과 혼합되지 않는 피스톤 액체를 이용하여 용기로 밀어 넣어 선적하거나 또는 용기로부터 밀어내어 하역할 수 있도록 하되, 대부분의 화물은 액체상태에서 펌프를 이용하여 선적 및 하역하고, 남아있는 고압의 기체 화물은 피스톤 액체를 이용하여 이동시킨 뒤 압축기와 냉각기를 이용하여 재액화시켜 하역하도록 한다. 고압 액상 화물, 하역, 선적, 피스톤 액체, 보충 기체, 재액화

본 발명은 PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 RNA에 선택적으로 결합하고 키랄성을 갖는 신규한 PNA 모노머(PNA monomer)인 γ 3 -PNA 모노머 분자, 상기 γ 3 -PNA 모노머의 제조 방법, 및 상기 γ 3 -PNA를 포함하는 혼성 PNA 올리고머에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 혼성 PNA 올리고머를 유기체에서 분리된 RNA와 선택적으로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 발현의 조절 방법, 상기 혼성 PNA 올리고머를 유기체 세포 내의 RNA를 포함하는 시료와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 RNA 분해 유도 방법, 및 상기 혼성 PNA 올리고머와 세포 또는 바이러스의 RNA를 포함하는 용액을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 또는 바이러스의 사멸 방법에 관한 것이다. PURPOSE: A method and a system for loading and unloading high-pressure liquid cargo are provided to reduce the loading/unloading time of cargo since most cargo is first loaded/unloaded using a pump and remaining high-pressure gas cargo is pushed/pulled using piston liquid. CONSTITUTION: A system for loading and unloading high-pressure liquid cargo using pumps and immiscible liquid comprises a cargo container(100), a cargo transfer pump(200), a piston liquid receiver(300) and a supplementary gas receiver(400). The cargo container holds high-pressure liquid cargo and receives cargo from the liquid cargo storage(700) of a cargo base or sends it to the storage. The cargo transfer pump sends the liquid cargo from the cargo container to the liquid cargo storage. The piston liquid receiver holds the piston liquid, which pushes or is pushed from the cargo in loading or unloading the cargo, and supplies the piston liquid to the cargo container or receives it.
Abstract:
A method for preparing pregabalin is provided to produce optically pure pregabalin from chiral bicyclic lactone with high yield without requiring a step of removing an undesired R-enantiomer. A method for preparing pregabalin includes the steps of: (i) subjecting a bicyclic lactone compound of the following formula 2 to a cyclopropane ring opening reaction and a decarboxylation reaction by a nucleophilic addition reaction of isopropylcuprate to prepare a lactone compound of the following formula 3; (ii) subjecting the obtained lactone compound to halogenation, azidation, and hydrolysis through a lactone ring opening reaction to prepare a compound of the following formula 4; and (iii) reducing the compound of the formula 4 to prepare the pregabalin of the following formula 1. In the formula 2, R is a C1-6 linear or branched alkyl group.

PURPOSE: A novel PNA(peptide nucleic acid) and hybridized PNA oligomer using the same is provided to selectively bind to RNA and to treat and diagnose various diseases targeting RNA. CONSTITUTION: A gamma3-PNA monomer molecule is denoted by chemical formula 18. A method for preparing gamma3-PNA comprises: a step of performing ring-opening reaction of (R)-azidomethyl gamma-butylolactone(chemical formula 1) to obtain a compound of chemical formula 2; a step of reacting nucleic acid with the compound of chemical formula 2 or performing protection reaction of exocyclic amino or hydroxyl group of nucleic acid after reacting nucleic acid with the compound of chemical formula 2; a step of reducing azide from the compound which is bound to nucleic acid; and a step of attaching a protection group to obtain a compound of chemical formula 19.

A method for preparing the crystalline bicyclic lactone is provided to easily obtain the optically pure single crystal structure bicyclic lactone having purity of 99%ee. The method for preparing single crystal structure of bicyclic lactone comprises the steps of: reacting epochlorohydrin with malonic acid ester; and subjecting the reaction mixture with vacuum distillation and low temperature treatment to prepare (1R,5S)-alkyl-2-iodine-3-oxabicyclo [3.1.0] hexane-1-carboxylate or (1R,5S)-alkyl-2-iodine-3-oxabicyclo [3.1.0] hexane-1-carboxylate.
