    Abstract: This disclosure provides an improved nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly includes a spray element for jetting media through an outlet (e.g. onto a surface), an active conduit for supplying a first media to the spray element, and a passive conduit for supplying a feed of a second media to the spray element. The spray element includes an eductor that is actively fed with a pressurized stream of the first media (i.e., motive fluid) via an annular injection port coupled to the active conduit, and passively fed by the second media via an intake duct disposed cen-trally within the injection port. The eductor utilizes the Venturi effect to efficiently prepare a homogenized media jet from the two different media feeds. A system comprising the nozzle assembly, and methods of using each of the same, are also disclosed.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a paint spray-gun even-pressure diverting housing structure formed by an inter housing and an outer housing, and the assembly is slotted into the paint spray-gun head cavity wherein the centers of both housings are respectively installed with holes for paint spray-gun nozzle cross-assembled into a set. The inner housing and the outer housing are installed using with two independent guiding gas channels for sending spraying paint airflow and atomization airflow, and the gaps of each guiding gas channel are cross-positioned in conduction. As the inner housing and outer housing are combined the channels of the two housing maintain the crossing relationship, thereby the spitted airflow and the atomization airflow spitted present circulating stream in the two guiding gas channels in both housings delay the time staying in the nozzle cavity, further to achieve even-exiting air effect and improve painting quality.

    Abstract: A sealer gun that discharges a liquid of a coating agent or filler from a nozzle on its tip is securely prevented from producing dripping that arises as a liquid drips from the nozzle tip and remains when the liquid discharge stops. A pump including a cylinder and a freely movable piston fitting therein is assembled onto a discharge cylinder of the sealer gun, an operation rod interlocked with the pump piston and a grip are interlocked via an interlock mechanism to perform pump operation of suction-discharge by movement of the piston caused by pivoting of the grip, and a suction-discharge aperture of the pump is positioned in an internal space of the nozzle, and configured so that when the liquid discharge sops by releasing the grip, a negative or positive pressure is introduced into the nozzle because of the pump operation caused by resilient pivoting of the grip.

    Abstract: A spray gun includes a handle, an air unit, an adjustment knob, a trigger, an air path a container. A body is connected to the rear end of the air unit and a nozzle is connected to the front end of the body. The nozzle has a paint way defined therethrough and the head part of the probe is inserted into the paint way. The probe is pivotably connected to the trigger and the probe is pulled backward by pulling the trigger. The probe returns by the spring. The head part has a positioning member and the probe has an insertion which is engaged with the positioning member to connect the head part to the probe. The head part is located in the nozzle. When replacing the nozzle or cleaning the nozzle, only the head part is needed to be removed from the spray gun.

    Abstract: A sanitary spray nozzle system. The nozzle may be fixed in position, or may be mounted on an oscillating or moveable carriage for application of material to a thin film dryer. A nozzle body includes a hollow mounting chamber with an inner surface, a product supply portion, and a discharge portion with a discharge orifice. A spray nozzle assembly is removably mounted to the hollow mounting chamber. The assembly has a propellant supply tube having an outer surface, a discharge end for discharge of propellant fluid, an outer seal sealable against the inner surface of the mounting chamber, and an inner seal slidably engageable with the outer surface of the propellant supply tube, in a fluid tight manner. An actuator urges the discharge end of the spray nozzle between an end stop position wherein the discharge end is adjacent the discharge orifice, and a wide open position wherein the discharge end is spaced apart from the discharge orifice.
