The concave portion and the convex portion extend in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the predetermined direction. The concave portion is sunken in a direction parallel or substantially parallel to the predetermined direction. The convex portion protrudes in an opposite direction to the direction in which the concave portion is sunken. The inductors are formed as substantially congruent conductor tracks of a multi-level printed circuit board, which can be connected to one another and arranged vertically on a distribution printed circuit board. The number of metallization planes of the multi-level printed circuit board being greater than the number of metallization planes of the distribution printed circuit board.

The presently claimed invention is to provide a package for compact RF signal system, and a method to form the package thereof in order to miniaturize the size of package, improve signal integrity, and reduce manufacturing cost. The package comprises a hybrid substrate with a sandwiched structure, in which the hybrid substrate comprises an upper layer and a lower layer with different dielectric properties being separated by an interposer for improving electrical isolation and mechanical stiffness. Metal layers are formed on the sidewalls of the opening to surround an active component, such that the metal sidewalls together with two ground plates in the upper and lower layers constitute a self-shielding enclosure inside the package to protect the active component.

An electrical connector mountable on a printed circuit board. In one embodiment, the electrical connector comprises an insulative housing comprising one or more electronic components, a plurality of electrical conductors in signal communication with the electronic components and adapted to interface with a plug and a plurality of terminals in signal communication with the one or more electronic components. In one aspect, the plurality of terminals are adapted to interface with one or more externally mounted electronic components on the printed circuit board thereby filtering signals passing between the electrical conductors and the printed circuit board, with the externally mounted electronic components mounted within the footprint of the electrical connector. Methods of manufacture for the aforementioned electrical connector and business methods are also disclosed.

By use of the present invention, noise would not be generated from a metallic back cover of an image display apparatus in which a toroidal coil in the internal circuit and the metallic back cover are arranged close to each other. The image display apparatus includes a circuit board on which a toroidal coil is mounted, and a back cover covering a back face. The back cover has at least one hole configured to reduce the influence of a magnetic flux generated by the toroidal coil, the hole being provided in a region including a region facing the toroidal coil on the circuit board. The at least one hole may include a plurality of holes arranged in a grid pattern.

First to fourth conductive lines are disposed on the PCB, and configured to electrically connect to the plurality of first to fourth pins, respectively.
