This flocking powder coated article does not have an adhesive layer for fixing the flocking organic filler (13).

Abstract: A paint spraying apparatus includes a supporting structure, a lower nozzle unit, and an upper nozzle unit. The lower nozzle unit includes lower flexible tubes and nozzles, and ejects powder paint toward an eye portion on a lower side of a stabilizer. The upper nozzle unit includes a first frame and a second frame. First flexible tubes are arranged on the first frame. Second flexible tubes are arranged on the second frame. The upper nozzles eject the powder paint toward an eye portion on an upper side of the stabilizer.

Abstract: An apparatus for producing a controlled dosage of bioactive agent is disclosed. The apparatus includes: a print device to eject a drop of a mixture onto an ingestible substrate, wherein the drop of mixture includes a bioactive agent within an ingestible carrier fluid and is between 50 ng and 1000 ng in size; a charge generating device adjacent to the print device to generate charge on the bioactive agent to draw the bioactive agent to the ingestible substrate; a cold fluid removal device adjacent to the charge generating device to remove a portion of the ingestible carrier fluid from the bioactive agent; an application device adjacent to the cold fluid removal device to apply an ingestible layer on top of the ingestible substrate encapsulating the bioactive agent or to fold the ingestible substrate on top of the bioactive agent encapsulating the bioactive agent; and a transfer device adjacent to the print device, the charge generating device, the cold fluid removal device, and the application device to move the ingestible substrate from one device to the next.

Abstract: A deposition method includes: introducing a gas into an airtight container containing electrically insulated raw material particles to generate an aerosol of the raw material particles; transferring the aerosol to a deposition chamber through a transfer tubing connected to the airtight container, the deposition chamber having a pressure maintained to be lower than that of the airtight container; injecting the aerosol from a nozzle mounted on a tip of the transfer tubing toward a target placed on the deposition chamber to cause the raw material particles to collide with the target, thereby causing the raw material particles to be positively charged; generating fine particles of the raw material particles by discharge of the charged raw material particles; and depositing the fine particles on a substrate placed on the deposition chamber.

The sprayer maintains the continuous floating layer of carbon nanotube solution on the subphase as a substrate is inserted into or removed from the subphase, the carbon nanotube solution being in contact with the substrate.
