Abstract:
An electronic component manufacturing method includes a blotting process of bringing a conductive paste applied to an end portion of each electronic component body held by a jig into contact with a surface of a surface plate. The blotting process includes simultaneous performance of a distance changing process of changing the distance between an end face of each electronic component body and the surface of the surface plate and a position changing process of changing a two-dimensional position where the end face of the electronic component body is projected on the surface of the surface plate in such a manner that the direction of the movement of two-dimensional position in parallel to the surface of the surface plate successively varies (e.g., along a circular path).
Abstract:
A coating method for coating parts in a dip-spin process is provided. The parts to be coated are dipped into a coating liquid and then centrifuged in at least one planetary basket arrangement in a planetary centrifuge. The planetary centrifuge includes a main rotor rotating about a main rotor axis of rotation and at least one planetary basket arrangement rotates about its planetary axis of rotation. Also, the planetary axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically on the main rotor. The at least one planetary basket arrangement can include a plurality of planetary baskets rotatably arranged about the planetary rotation axis of the at least one planetary basket arrangement and the planetary basket arrangement is rotated during a centrifuging operation.
Abstract:
When a slurry 41 obtained by dispersing a rare-earth-compound powder in a solvent is applied to sintered magnet bodies 1, and dried to remove the solvent in the slurry and cause the surfaces of the sintered magnet bodies to be coated with the powder, and the sintered magnet bodies coated with the powder are heat treated to cause the rare-earth element to be absorbed by the sintered magnet bodies, the sintered magnet bodies having had the slurry applied thereto are dried by being irradiated with near infrared radiation having a wavelength of 0.8-5 μm, to remove the solvent in the slurry, and cause the surfaces of the sintered magnet bodies to be coated with the powder. As a result, the rare-earth-compound powder can be uniformly and efficiently applied to the surfaces of the sintered magnet bodies.
Abstract:

The invention also relates to a method for applying a partial coating to a confection products.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system and method for treatment of an electric submersible pump (ESP) power cable is described. A method of treating an ESP power cable includes wrapping an ESP power cable around a reel as the cable is removed from a production well to form cable layers, supporting the cable-wrapped reel horizontally above a tank, the reel supported on a shaft extending between actuatable support members, pumping treatment fluid into the tank, lowering the cable-wrapped reel partially into the tank by activating the actuatable support members such that a lower portion of the reel is submerged in the treatment fluid and an inner diameter of the cable-wrapped reel is fluidly coupled to the treatment fluid, rotating the reel around its central axis such that each portion of an outermost layer of the cable is submerged in the treatment fluid at least once to coat the ESP power cable.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus of manufacturing an aerogel sheet. The apparatus of manufacturing the aerogel sheet includes: a plurality of fixing vessels into which a fiber sheet is inserted; and an impregnation vessels provided with an accommodation part in which the plurality of fixing vessels are stacked in multistage and a silica precursor injection part which injects a silica precursor into the accommodation part to impregnate the silica precursor into the fiber sheet inserted into each of the fixing vessels.
Abstract:
A coating method is provided with the steps of dipping of containers filled with the parts to be coated, having a pierced container wall, into a section of a reservoir filled with a coating liquid, lifting the containers filled with the parts to be coated out from the coating liquid and dispersing and/or spinning off the excess coating liquid remaining on the parts being coated after they are lifted out. During dispersing and/or spinning, the container filled with the parts being coated is rotated about an axis of rotation situated inside the container filled with the parts being coated and at least for a time about an axis of rotation situated outside the container and running parallel to the axis of rotation situated inside the container.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for graphene wet transfer, which includes: a reservoir body having at least two reservoirs; a barrier structure located on the reservoir and having at least one separated space formed by barriers; and a substrate frame located below the barrier structure and having at least one substrate accommodation groove for accommodating a target substrate to which graphene is transferred. Here, each reservoir may be filled with a solution for a wet transfer process, and the graphene may be separately located in each separated space in a floating state in the solution.
