Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus includes a first control unit starting activation in response to an activation request, a decoding unit, and a second control unit. Each of the decoding unit and the second control unit starts activation when the first control unit completes the activation, and shifts from an off-state to a normal operating state after the activation is completed. In the normal operating state, the decoding unit receives an image signal from outside and outputs the image signal after executing a decoding process to the image signal. In the normal operating state, the second control unit processes an image included in the image signal outputted from the decoding unit, and displays the processed image. When the first control unit completes the activation and the decoding unit completes the activation, the first control unit instructs the decoding unit to perform a setting for executing the decoding process.

Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus includes a first control unit, a second control unit starting activation when the first control unit completes activation and shifting from off-state to normal operating state, and a decoding unit. The second control unit processes an image included in a received image signal, and outputs an image signal including a processed image. The second control unit outputs, after starting the activation, a synchronization signal to the decoding unit even before completion of activation. The second control unit outputs, after the completion of activation, image signal including the processed image in conformity to the synchronization signal. Before the image signal including the processed image is transmitted from the second control unit, the decoding unit outputs the image signal transmitted from an image capturing unit bypassing the second control unit to the display unit in conformity to the synchronization signal outputted from the second control unit.

Abstract: A data storage control device controls a memory card which, including a non-volatile rewritable memory, operates using an external power supply. A DC/DC converter generates, by having a power supply of a +B voltage, a card operating voltage for operating the memory card. When delayed ACC is completed after an accessory power supply of a vehicle is turned off, a main microcomputer, a shutdown signal control unit, and a transistor set a shutdown terminal of the DC/DC converter to a low level by setting a main control signal input terminal to a high level and, thereby, stops operation of the DC/DC converter. This inhibits the occurrence of a case in which, after the accessory power supply of the vehicle is turned off, the circuit supplying power to the memory card affects other devices mounted in the vehicle.
