Abstract: According to embodiments, a method of producing a catalyst composition may include forming a slurry including an initial zeolite material, a surfactant, silica, and metal precursors, wherein the metal precursors contain a nickel-containing compound and a silver-containing compound, extruding the slurry to produce an extrudate, drying and calcining the extrudate to form a dried and calcined extrudate, hydrothermally treating the dried and calcined extrudate to form a hydrothermally-treated extrudate, and drying and calcining the hydrothermally-treated extrudate to produce the catalyst composition, wherein the catalyst composition includes zeolite, one or more oxides of nickel, and one or more oxides of silver.

Abstract: Hydrotreating catalysts are provided having one or more phosphorus components carried on a composite support of a titanium-loaded binder component and post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type zeolite. The support comprises the titanium-loaded binder component and a post-framework modified ultra-stable Y-type (USY) zeolite in which a portion of aluminum atoms constituting a zeolite framework thereof is substituted with zirconium atoms and/or titanium atoms and/or hafnium atoms. The active components including the phosphorous active component and one or more hydrocracking metals active components loaded on the support.

Abstract: Described is a method for preparing a NOx storage-reduction catalyst article that includes a ruthenium composite as an active ingredient, and an exhaust treatment system including same. Proposed is a stable preparation method or an on-site simultaneous preparation method which is simplified as well as capable of preparing an NSR article exhibiting an equal level of activity, the method in which the NSR article is prepared by preliminarily preparing a heat-resistant ruthenium composition, mixing the same with de-NOxing components and applying same on a carrier.

Abstract: A cobalt catalyst precursor is described comprising cobalt oxide crystallites disposed within pores of a titania support, wherein the cobalt oxide crystallites have an average size as determined by XRD in the range 6 to 18 nm, and the titania support is a spherical titania support with a particle size in the range 100 to 1000 μm, wherein the catalyst precursor has a pore volume of 0.2 to 0.6 cm3/g and an average pore diameter in the range 30 to 60 nm, and wherein the catalyst precursor has a ratio of the average cobalt oxide crystallite size to the average pore diameter in the range 0.1:1 to 0.6:1. The catalyst precursor may be reduced to provide catalysts suitable for use in Fisher-Tropsch reactions.
