    Abstract: 본 발명은 평판응집반응기를 이용한 면역반응 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 투명한 필름으로 이루어진 평판응집반응기 및 여기에 항원-항체 응집반응을 유도한 후 이를 스캐닝하여 이미지 파일로 전환하고 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 상기 응집반응의 강도를 수치화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역반응 측정방법에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명에 따른 평판응집반응기를 이용한 면역반응 측정방법은 진단을 수행하는 사람의 숙련도에 따른 결과해석의 오차를 감소시킬 수 있고, 양성/음성 판정에서 벗어나 다양한 면역반응의 정도를 객관적인 수치로 나타낼 수 있으며, 다양한 통계적인 분석이 가능하기 때문에 면역반응을 측정하는데 매우 유용하다.

A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins. The recombinant protein is prepared by isolating from Mycobacterium bovis and performing PCR.

    Abstract: A plate agglutination tester and a method for measuring an immuno-reaction using the same are provided to decrease error of the result analysis in accordance with proficiency of a person performing diagnosis, show the degree of various immuno-reactions in an objective value and perform various statistical analyses, thereby being very useful for measuring the immuno-reaction. A plate agglutination tester consists of a transparent film and is characterized in that a section, which consists of a plurality of circles and where an antigen-antibody agglutination reaction occurs, is arranged and formed in horizontal and vertical directions on an upper side of the film. A method for measuring an immuno-reaction comprises the steps of: (a) mixing an antigen and an antibody specifically bound to the antigen with the plate agglutination tester to induce an agglutination reaction; (b) scanning the agglutination reaction induced plate agglutination tester and converting a scanning result into an image file; and (c) analyzing the obtained image file using a computer program capable of detecting fine agglutination reactants to numberize the intensity of the agglutination reaction. Further, the transparent film is an over head project film.
