연료전지차량의열관리시스템은냉시동루프(loop) 및냉각루프(loop)를포함한다. 냉시동루프(loop)는연료전지의냉시동을위해연료전지에유동(flow)하는냉각수를승온(heating)시킬수 있다. 냉각루프(loop)는연료전지를냉각시키는냉각수를유동(flow)시킬수 있다. 열관리시스템은연료전지의냉시동(cold start) 시간을단축시킬수 있고연료전지의내구성을향상시킬수 있다.

본 발명은 연료전지용 대면적 이온필터에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폐 이온수지를 이용하여 유량 분배성을 개선할 수 있도록 한 연료전지용 대면적 이온필터에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 하단에는 냉각수가 유입되는 냉각수 유입구가 형성되고, 상단에는 이온이 필터링된 냉각수가 배출되는 냉각수 배출구가 형성된 몸체부와; 몸체부의 두께방향 중간 부분의 내부에 내장된 이온수지와; 냉각수 유입구에서 이온수지의 일측면 간의 사이공간에 형성된 입구포트공간와; 이온수지의 타측면과 냉각수 배출구 간의 사이공간에 형성된 출구포트공간; 을 포함하되, 상기 입구포트공간와 인접하는 이온수지의 표면에 폐 이온수지를 소정의 두께로 배치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 대면적 이온필터를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An ion filter for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to prevent the ion filter from interfering adjacent parts by gradually rotating a cover cap by 15 degrees. CONSTITUTION: An ion filter for a fuel cell includes a case(10), a case port(14), a cover cap(20), and a fastening part(30). An ion resin cartridge is separably embedded in the case. A plurality of recesses is formed along the circumference of one end part of the case. The case port is installed at the lower part of the case and has a coolant inlet(12). The cover cap has a coolant outlet(21). The cover cap has a selectively fastening type fastening unit. The cover cap is rotatably combined with one end part of the case. The fastening part fastens the rotated cover cap to the case.

PURPOSE: A heating system of a fuel cell vehicle using waste heat of cooling water is provided to improve fuel efficiency by additionally employing a heater core that heats indoor air using the waste heat of cooling water discharged form a fuel cell stack. CONSTITUTION: A heating system of a fuel cell vehicle using waste heat of cooling water comprises an electric heater(41) and a heater core(42). The electric heater heats the air blown by a blower fan and discharged to an indoor place. The heater core is installed in a cooling water line in which cooling water is circulated for cooling a fuel cell stack(10) and heats the air blown by a blower fan and discharged to an indoor place through heat exchange with cooling water. The heater core is installed on the downstream side of the fuel cell stack in order to heat air with the waste heat of cooling water discharged from the fuel cell stack.
