Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지 자동차의 난방 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 통상의 전기히터와 더불어 추가적인 난방 열원을 사용하여, 전기히터의 단독 사용으로 인한 전력 소모 과다 문제와 연비 저하의 문제를 해소할 수 있는 연료전지 자동차의 난방 제어 방법을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 실내온도가 운전자 설정온도에 비해 낮은 경우, 배터리 SOC를 체크하여 배터리 SOC가 설정된 하한치를 초과할 경우 배터리의 전력으로 전기히터를 작동시켜 실내난방을 수행하는 단계와; 배터리 SOC가 상기 하한치 이하이면 연료전지 스택의 발전 전력으로 전기히터를 작동시켜 실내난방을 수행하는 단계와; 냉각수 온도가 연료전지 스택의 정상 운전온도 도달 전의 설정된 온도 이상이면 전기히터와 더불어 히터코어를 사용하여 실내난방을 수행하는 단계와; 이후 냉각수 온도가 연료전지 스택의 정상 운전온도 이상이 되면 전기히터를 오프시키고 히터코어 단독으로 실내난방을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 연료전지 자동차의 난방 제어 방법이 개시된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heating control method of a fuel cell vehicle using the waste heat of cooling water is provided to minimize power consumption by additionally using a heater core for increasing the temperature of air. CONSTITUTION: A heating control method of a fuel cell vehicle using the waste heat of cooling water is as follows. When an indoor temperature is less than a set temperature, indoor heating is performed by operating an electric heater using a battery. When the SOC(state of charge) of the battery is less than the lowest limit, the indoor heating is performed by operating the electric heater using a fuel cell stack. When the temperature of cooling water is more than a set temperature, the indoor heating is performed using the electric heater and a heater core.

The heater core is installed in a cooling water line in which cooling water is circulated for cooling a fuel cell stack(10) and heats the air blown by a blower fan and discharged to an indoor place through heat exchange with cooling water. The heater core is installed on the downstream side of the fuel cell stack in order to heat air with the waste heat of cooling water discharged from the fuel cell stack.
