본 발명은 정전하상 현상용 토너의 제조에 활용되는 구상수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 착색제, 전하제어제, 이형제 등의 배합성분을 함유하는 토너(toner) 중 상기 배합성분을 담지하는 기본 소재인 구상수지 조성물로 중합하여 대전특성을 주는 친유성 단량체에, 중합되는 구상입자 표면에 극성을 부여하기 위하여 소량의 극성 단량체를 단독 혹은 공간 넓힘용 단량체를 선택적으로 포함하고, 점착성과 내구성을 향상시키는 가교제 등을 조합하고, 이들 조성물을 분산안정제가 함유된 수상 매체에서 중합할 경우에, 구상수지의 평균 입경이 작아지고, 입도 분포의 폭이 적어지므로 균일한 크기의 입자를 얻을 수 있고, 구상입자 내ㆍ외부가 친유와 친수로 구분이 확실하게 되어 함수율이 적어, 고습 하에 있어서도 높은 대전량을 유지하고, 구상입자 표면의 극성관능기에 의해 양호한 저온 정착성을 나타내기에, 이렇게 얻어진 구상수지에 토너용 배합성분을 담지하게 되면, 인쇄 시 흐려짐을 낮게 하고, 보다 향상된 화상농도가 얻어질 수 있도록 대전효과를 효율적으로 향상시키도록 개선한 정전하상 현상용 토너에 사용되는 구상수지 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 정전하상, 현상용, 구상수지, 토너, 대전성

본 발명은 폴리티올 화합물과 광학 렌즈용 황함유 우레탄계 수지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 신규 폴리티올 화합물을 제조하고, 이를 이소시아네이트 화합물과 혼합하여 광학재료용 황함유 우레탄계 수지를 제조함으로써, 굴절율이 높고, 또한 알킬기를 함유하여 분산치가 낮고 양호한 광학특성을 가져 플라스틱 렌즈와 같은 광학재료로서 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 신규 폴리티올 화합물, 이의 제조방법과 이를 이용한 우레탄계 수지에 관한 것이다.

Provided are a nonlinear optical dendrimer precursor, and a nonlinear optical dendrimer prepared from the precursor which is very stable, is very excellent in thermal stability and shows a high nonlinear optical property without the loss of nonlinear optical property or the loss of light. The nonlinear optical dendrimer precursor has a 4-aminobenzaldehyde group at terminal and comprises an ether bond. The nonlinear optical dendrimer is represented by the formula 3 or 4, wherein R0 is a C1-C6 alkyl group; x is the number of the functional group of a core; y is an integer of 1-10; n is an integer of 1-4; and Q is a nonlinear optical organic chromophore containing an electron accepting group having a trans conjugated structure.

PURPOSE: A chelate resin for adsorbing a specific heavy metal ion and its preparation method are provided, to improve the adsorption property by increasing the hydrophilicity and adding unshared electron pairs to the structure. CONSTITUTION: The chelate resin comprises a side chain of a spherical polystyrene copolymer, where the side chain is a phenyl ring has an acetic acid group adjoining linearly to a sulfone amide structure chain as a functional group, and is represented by the formula 1, wherein A is H, Na or K. The method comprises the steps of reacting a spherical polystyrene copolymer which is prepared by the suspension copolymerization of styrene using divinyl benzene as a crosslinking agent, with chlorosulfonic acid to prepare a chlorosulfonated copolymer resin; and reacting the obtained chlorosulfonated copolymer resin with iminodiacetic acid.

PURPOSE: A chelate resin for adsorbing specific heavy metal ions and its preparation method are provided, to improve the adsorbing property to specific heavy metal ions by introducing a sulfonyl dithiocarbamic acid group into the phenyl ring of a spherical polystyrene as a chelate functional group and thereby improving the hydrophilicity and the coordinating property. CONSTITUTION: The chelate resin is represented by the formula 1, wherein A is H, K or Na. The method comprises the steps of preparing a spherical polystyrene by suspension polymerization of styrene using a divinylbenzene as a crosslinking agent, and reacting the spherical polystyrene with chlorosulfonic acid to obtain the chlorosulfonated copolymer represented by the formula 2; aminating the copolymer of the formula 2 by using liquid ammonia to prepare the sulfonamide group-containing copolymer represented by the formula 3; and reacting the copolymer of the formula 3 with carbon disulfide to introduce a dithiocarboxylic group into the copolymer and neutralizing the obtained one.

PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous dispersion for a colored resin, which has excellent water resistance, photo-resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, clear color tone, storage stability and heat curability. A water dispersible colored resin using the aqueous dispersion is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous dispersion for a colored resin is characterized in that the aqueous dispersion is an emulsion polymer obtained by the emulsion polymerization of the mono(meth)acrylic maleate of the formula 1 and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, wherein R is hydrogen or a C1-C6 alkyl group, and n is an integer ranged from 1 to 6. Preferably, the ethylenically unsaturated monomer is a cyano group-containing monomer, hydroxy-containing monomer, a styrene monomer or a (meth)acrylate monomer. The water dispersible colored resin comprises 100 parts by weight of the emulsion polymer and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a dye.

PURPOSE: Provided are novel propanoic ester and amide derivatives having an oxime group as a branched chain, which are excellent in disinfecting activity, a preparation thereof, and a disinfectant composition containing the propanoic ester and amide derivatives. CONSTITUTION: The propaonic ester and amide derivatives represented by the formula 1 are produced by a process comprising the steps of: reacting a bromine compound represented by the formula 2 and 2,3-butanedione monoxime represented by the formula 3 in the presence of a base to produce an oxime-based ketone compound; reducing the oxime-based ketone compound or condensing the oxime-based ketone compound with a hydroxyl amine to produce an oxime-based alcohol compound or a dioxime-based compound; reacting the oxime-based alcohol compound or the dioxime-based compound with a propanyl fluoride compound in the presence of a base. In the formula, R1 is trifluoromethyl, R2 is a phenyl group, X is CH or N, and Y is O or NH.
