본 발명은 흑찰거대배아미(눈큰흑찰, 밀양263호) 쌀겨로부터 추출된, 루테인, 비타민 E 및 베타-카로틴을 함유하는 지용성 조성물, 상기 지용성 조성물의 제조방법 및 상기 지용성 조성물을 포함하는, 항산화 활성 증진용 식품 조성물 및 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 안토시아닌 색소를 종피에 함유하는 흑미와 그 외의 현미 종피색을 판별하기 위한 프라이머 세트, 상기 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 안토시아닌 색소를 종피에 함유하는 흑미와 그 외의 현미 종피색을 판별하기 위한 키트 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 증폭 반응을 수행함으로써 안토시아닌 색소를 종피에 함유하는 흑미와 그 외의 현미 종피색을 판별하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 프라이머 세트를 사용하면 영양생장 후 출수 및 등숙이 이루어진 이후에 종피의 색을 확인할 수 있는 기존의 선발방법에 비해 흑미여부 판별을 유묘상태에서 가능하게 해주며, 또한 형질의 동형/이형 판별을 가능케 하여 흑미의 조기선발 및 최소자원을 활용한 육종효율을 증진시키는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a low molecular weight PVA/clay/silver nanoparticle with an improved heat resistance and antibacterial properties, and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the nanoparticle is manufactured by manufacturing a nanostructure using polyvinyl alcohol with a low average molecular weight and putting clay and silver therein. The PVA/clay/silver nanoparticle of the present invention can be applied to the development of the mixing of natural dyes, a drug delivery system, and human body-friendly materials and medical materials like functional nanoparticles for diagnosis and treatment.

The present invention relates to a pop-rice having excellent functionality using black sticky giant embryo rice and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is characterized by a commodification through a roasting process in order to develop the black sticky giant embryo rice into pop-rice and has increased polyphenol and sugar contents; and is characterized by a production of pop-rice which contains much higher functional compound contents such as amino acids, GABA, etc. than general rice.

PURPOSE: Zein nanofiber which contains sorghum extract is provided to show high antibiosis and be used in the field of medical treatment and beauty treatment due to no cytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Zein nanofiber that has wrinkled nanofiber surface containing sorghum extract to improve heat-resisting and antibiotic comprises the manufacturing step of spinning solution and a step of electric radiation. The step of manufacturing spinning solution manufactures the blend solution by dissolving Zein which is a native protein extracted from corns, sorghum, and the sorghum byproduct extract in the solution. The electric radiation step electrically radiates the spinning solution. The extract of the sorghum or the sorghum byproduct is characterized as being the golden Sorghum bicolor L. Moench extract. The sorghum byproduct extract is characterized as being the golden sorghum stem extract and the golden sorghum leaf extract. The component of the sorghum extract and the sorghum byproduct extract is chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. Mask sheet which has non-uniform nanofiber surface for improving heat resistance and antibiotic comprises Zein nanofiber which contains sorghum extract manufactured by the electric radiation on the top portion of the nonwoven fabric of the mask sheet.

PURPOSE: An insect collection trap is provided to collect insects by using trait of insects with an inferior flying ability. CONSTITUTION: An insect collection trap comprises a bait plate, a discharge unit, a shield plate, and a connection unit. The bait plate(110) is arranged to cross each other. The discharge unit(130) discharges an attractive substance inducing insects. The shield plate(120) prevents rain water from flowing in a collector. The connection part(200) includes an opening of which cross section diminishes toward the collector from the bait plate.

PURPOSE: An isoflavone content increasing method inside a bean seed is provided to use a lighting process to beans during the vegetative period of the beans. CONSTITUTION: An isoflavone content increasing method inside a bean seed includes a step of light-processing beans during the vegetative period of the beans. The intensity of the lighting process is 20~50lux. The lighting process is performed for 10~30days, 1~4hours after the sunrise and 1~3hours after the sunset. The beans are glycine max.

PURPOSE: A rice plant with transformed giant embryonic rice is provided to ensure a heavier product than conventional embryos and to obtain rice containing zinc and iron. CONSTITUTION: A cytochrome P450 of giant embryonic rice comprises a base sequence which encodes an amino acid sequence of cytochrome P450 and encodes leucine to a 395th amino acid after translation. A cytochrome P450 gene of rice is a cDNA encoding cytochrome P450. A rice plant is produced by transforming rice plant with a recombinant vector having cytochrome P450 gene.
