PURPOSE: A method for preparing gardenia fruit extract with enhanced anti-inflammatory activity is provided to change a material by an enzyme reaction using beta-glucosidase. CONSTITUTION: A gardenia fruit extract with enhanced anti-inflammatory activity is prepared by reacting beta-glucosidase to gardenia fruit extract at 20 unit/ml, pH 4.6, and 45°C for 24 hours. The gardenia fruit extract is obtained by adding a solvent to gardenia fruit and treating with microwaves at 90W for 5 minutes. The solvent is a mixture solvent of water-ethanol. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-inflammation contains gardenia fruit extract as an active ingredient. A health food for preventing and treating inflammation contains gardenia fruit extract as an active ingredient.

A crystal oscillator immunosensor measurement apparatus for the measurement of a C-reactive protein, and its method are provided to allow C-reactive protein to be measured in real time within a short time by sing a biomarker. A crystal oscillator immunosensor measurement apparatus for the measurement of a C-reactive protein comprises a reaction buffer solution tub; a supply unit which is connected to the reaction buffer solution tub, and supplies the reaction buffer solution of the reaction buffer solution tub to the C-reactive protein fixed to the crystal oscillator sensor chip of a reactive cell; a sample inlet hole which is connected to the supply unit; a reaction cell which comprises a crystal oscillator, an O-ring, and a holder; an oscillation module which oscillates the crystal oscillator inside the reaction cell and is connected to the crystal oscillator to transmit the vibration of the crystal oscillator to a vibration sensor; a vibration sensor which measures the vibration of the crystal oscillator of the reaction by the oscillation module; a computer which is connected to the vibration sensor to show the frequency variation of the C-reactive protein fixed to the sensor chip electrode of the crystal oscillator; and a waste liquid tank.

PURPOSE: A method for producing eggs containing an anti-insulin antibody is provided, thereby producing eggs containing specific immunoglobulin yolk(IgY) for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing eggs containing an anti-insulin antibody comprises the steps of: pre-treating human insulin and conjugating the pre-treated human insulin to a carrier to prepare the insulin-protein conjugate; periodically injecting the conjugate together with an immune adjuvant and an emulsifying agent to laying hens, wherein the pre-treatment of human insulin is carried out by dialysis of human insulin with a 3,500Da membrane at 4deg. C for 24 hours; the carrier is ovalbumin or bovine serum albumin; EDAC(1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide) is coupled with the insulin-protein conjugate; and FCA(Freund's complete adjuvant) is used as an emulsifying agent in initial immunization and FIA(Freund's incomplete adjuvant) is used as another emulsifying agent in later immunization.

PURPOSE: A Method for the production of an egg containing anti-Edwardsiella tarda IgY, anti-Streptococcus iniae IgY and Mycobacterium bovis IgY simultaneously, an egg produced thereby and a fish feed containing specific IgY thereof are provided. The produced egg and fish feed have excellent prevention effect on a flatfish disease. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion containing Edwardsiella tarda IgY, anti-Streptococcus iniae IgY, Mycobacterium bovis IgY and aluminium oxide in ratio of 3.0:3.0:1.0:3.0 is inoculated into a chicken in the amount of 1.0ml one time, and then, from a second time, the above emulsion and an adjuvant(ISA25) are inoculated together thereinto in the amount of 1.0ml at intervals of 2 weeks to produce an egg containing specific IgY. Egg yolk is then put up in a vessel, stirred in the equal amount of alkali ion water(pH 10.0), left alone for a specified period of time and then the supernatant is ultra-filtrated and freeze-dried after removing a fat layer floated on the upper layer to produce soluble IgY powder.

본 발명은 위염 및 십이지장염을 일으키는 5종 균을 항원화시켜, 산란계에 각각 접종하여 위염 및 십이지장염을 예방할 수 있는 복합 특수 면역 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 제조된 5종의 복합 특수 면역 단백질은 위염과 십이지장염 예방에 탁월한 효능이 있으며, 항생제를 사용하여 일단 치료되더라도 재발율이 매우 높은 위염과 십이지장염을 계란에서 생산된 면역 단백질에 의해 예방 효과가 있다는데 큰 의의가 있다.
