An EC381 strain selected from the EHEC derived from Korean native cattle produces stx1 and stx2 and has a plasma type of 0153. 06. 55. A method for promoting the generation of Shiga toxins is characterized in that 0.5-1.0mug/ml of Mitomycin C is added during the culturing of the EHEC strains.
