PURPOSE: A molding frame for Capsosiphon fulvescens, and Capsosiphon fulvescens dry food processed using the same are provided to facilitate storage, distribution, and cooking. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of drain holes(22) are formed on the top of a molding plate. Side frames are connected to each side of the molding plate. Molding is performed on the molding plate. The molding plate is 26-30cm in width and 17-21cm in length, and includes 3300-3700 drain holes thereon, wherein the interval between the drain holes is 1-1.5mm. A method for preparing Capsosiphon fulvescens dry food comprises the following steps of: removing mud soil and impurities from collected Capsosiphon fulvescens; washing the Capsosiphon fulvescens with freshwater to desalinize the same; spreading the desalinized Capsosiphon fulvescens on the molding frame, and molding it; naturally drying the Capsosiphon fulvescens under the shade for 3-6 hours; cutting the dried Capsosiphon fulvescens to the constant size; and adding 1-5wt% laver, green laver, or sea tangle to the 95-99wt% Capsosiphon fulvescens.

The present invention relates to an Aspergillus fumigatus strain separated from microorganism fermented tea. In particular, the present invention relates to: an Aspergillus fumigatus strain which is separated from microorganism fermented tea and can apply functionalities, especially anti-obesity activities to the fermented tea produced by being fermented with the strain; a biocatalyst for producing microorganism fermented tea including one or more selected from the group consisting of the Aspergillus fumigatus strain separated from microorganism tea, a culture medium liquid of the strain, and a concentrated liquid of the culture medium liquid; and a method for producing microorganism fermented tea comprising a step of making a biocatalyst for producing the microorganism fermented tea reacted with tea tree leaves. Compared to reported existing microorganisms separated from microorganism fermented tea, the novel Aspergillus fumigatus strain separated from microorganism fermented tea of the present invention has improved various functionalities, particularly anti-obesity activities, so as to be used in producing high quality microorganism fermented tea.

In particular, the present invention relates to the following: a Rhizopus stolonifer strain, which is separated from microorganism fermented tea and can apply functionalities, especially anti-diabetic and anti-obesity activities and fatty liver inhibiting functions to the fermented tea produced by being fermented with a strain; a biocatalyst for producing microorganism fermented tea including one or more selected from the group consisting of the Rhizopus stolonifer strain separated from microorganism tea, a culture medium liquid of the strain, and a concentrated liquid from the culture medium liquid; and a method for producing microorganism fermented tea comprising a step of making a biocatalyst for producing the microorganism fermented tea in reaction with tea tree leaves. Compared to reported existing microorganisms separated from microorganism fermented tea, the novel Rhizopus stolonifer strain separated by the present invention has various functionalities, particularly improved anti-diabetic and anti-obesity activities and excellent anti-obesity activities, so as to be used in producing high quality microorganism fermented tea.

CONSTITUTION: A food composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains a Nardostachys chinensis extract as an active ingredient. The cardiovascular diseases are hypertension or hypertensive heart disease. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is extracted by using more than one extracting solvent selected from water, 50-100% alcohol with 1-5 carbons, ethyl acetate, hexane, chloroform, methylene chloride, and dichloromethane. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is extracted by methanol. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is fractioned by more than one fraction solvent selected from water, 50-100% alcohol with 1-5 carbons, ethyl acetate, hexane, chloroform, methylene chloride, and dichloromethane. Fraction is additionally performed using hexane, methylchloride, acetone, ethylacetae, ethylather, chloroform, water, and their mixture from the extract. A food composition for preventing or relieving dental carrier contains the antibacterial composition to Streptococcus mutans.
