Abstract: PURPOSE: A free rider tracing system using a subminiature RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag is provided to easily find a free rider by attaching the subminiature RFID tag to clothes of the free rider aberrantly passing through a gate. CONSTITUTION: Gates(G1-Gn) include subminiature RFID tags(D1-Dk). The gates are installed to an entrance of a platform in order to permit passengers having a valid ticket to enter and attach the subminiature RFID tag to clothes of free riders. A first camera(FC1) takes an image of surrounding areas of the gates. A gate management unit(110) receives first image information from the first camera in response to free ride notifying information received from the gates. The gate management unit receives identification information of the subminiature RFID tag attached to the clothes of the free rider from the gates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An on-board control switching device and a method thereof are provided to simplify the structure of facilities by guiding a vehicle to a preset line through the mechanical operation of a steering guideway. CONSTITUTION: A steering guide way(10) is installed on the ground in order to determine the driving direction of a vehicle. The steering guide way is branched to a main line(10a) and a branch line(10b). A branch device(20) reciprocates on the steering guide way in a horizontal direction. The branch device selectively guides a vehicle to the main line or the branch line. A guide unit(60) moves along the steering guide way. The guide unit is installed in a vehicle in order to guide the vehicle to the main line or the branch line according to the location of the branch device.

Abstract: 본 발명은 무선을 이용한 열차제어시스템에서 차상제어장치나 무선송수신장치 각각을 다수결 논리에 따른 결함억제구조의 하드웨어 삼중화 방식으로 인터페이스하여 결함이 발생해도 결함을 억제할 수 있도록 하는 무선열차제어시스템 차상자의 다수결방식 결함억제장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 동일한 구조로 이루어지고 동기신호에 의거 각각의 무선안테나로부터 수신된 신호를 출력하도록 된 3중화 구조의 제1, 제2, 제3 차상무선송수신장치의 출력단에는 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 차상무선송수신장치의 출력신호가 입력되어 다수에 해당하는 신호만 출력하도록 된 수신측 다수결투표기가 연결되고, 수신측 다수결투표기의 출력단에는 차량의 가감속 및 제동 등을 제어하는 차상제어장치가 연결되며, 상기 차상제어장치의 일단에는 지상장치로 차상신호를 송신하기 위한 차상무선송수신장치가 연결되어, 차상무선송수신장치에서 결함이 발생해도 다중화된 출력의 다수결논리에 따라 차상자 전체 차단이 아닌 결함이 발생된 장치만 차단시켜 발생된 결함이 다른 구성요소로 확산되는 것을 방지하도록 된 발명임.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing serial data of a railroad control system are provided to enhance the reliability of the railroad control system by protecting the railroad control system from an error of a serial adapter in a serial data communication process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing serial data of a railroad control system includes a plurality of serial adapters(10) and a serial data voting/detecting unit(20). The serial adapters(10) are used for receiving serial data from a serial communication interface and performing a protocol inspection. The serial data voting/detecting unit(20) outputs plural signals inputted to the serial adapters(10) as single serial data values by using the decision of the majority and detects the generation of defects of the serial data adapters.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for detecting a failure of a transformer using a UV sensor, and particularly, to a system and a method for detecting a failure of a transformer using a UV sensor, which effectively detect a partial discharge generated when the transformer is deteriorated. The system for detecting a failure of the transformer using the UV sensor according to the present invention includes: a detection unit (100) which detects an occurrence of an arc caused by the partial discharge of the transformer using the UV sensor disposed in the transformer; a calculation unit (200) which calculates discharge characteristics of the transformer caused by the occurrence of the detected arc; an analysis unit (300) which analyzes a state of the transformer based on the discharge characteristics of the transformer and a sampling speed of the UV sensor; and a control unit (400) which controls the detection unit, the calculation unit, and the analysis unit.

Abstract: A self-healing ring network system of a railroad vehicle is provided to minimize a service stoppage time of a signal controller by automatically reconfiguring the network when an error occurs in one terminal. A self-healing ring network system of a railroad vehicle includes plural terminals(32,34) interfacing one another under the control of an upper dual-layer distribution controller(30). The terminals are simultaneously connected to the upper dual-layer distribution controller, respectively. When one of the terminals is defective, the self-healing ring network system is reconfigured by using the other terminal, and defection information of the defective terminal is outputted to the other terminals.

Abstract: A fault-tolerant full-duplex distribution control system is provided to prevent the diffusion of errors by detecting a fault in a network adaptor in real-time and removing a defective node from a network. A full-duplex distribution control system communicates data among plural nodes through a full-duplex network. Each of the nodes includes a controller(102), first and second network adaptors(126,132), and a fault detector. The controller controls communication of data between two nodes. The first network adaptor transmits the data from the controller to the network, and outputs the data from the network to the controller.
