Abstract:
PURPOSE: An assembling device of components for a vehicle is provided to effectively combine the components by gradually rotating restricting jig portions of rotating jig members at 45 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second rotating jig members(200) comprises bases, first cylinder members(120), second cylinder members(130), supporting members(140), rotating bases and index separating devices. The bases are separately installed in the side of a trolley. The first cylinder members are installed on the bases. The second cylinder members are combined with the first cylinder members by brackets(121) and installed to be slid on the bases according to the movement of rods. The supporting members are moved on the bases according to the operation of second cylinder by combining with the second cylinder members. The rotating bases are installed in the supporting members, rotated by driving motors(141) and equipped with restricting jigs(145) to restrict components(143). The index separating devices control the rotating angels of the rotating bases. Thereby, the components are easily combined by rotating the rotating bases at 45 degrees.

PURPOSE: A loading system for parts of a vehicle is provided to reduce installation space and manpower by inputting a spare pallet directly without waiting, and to prevent assembling failure by working after checking information. CONSTITUTION: A part loading system of a vehicle is composed of a pallet storage unit having a nesting plug in the lower part of a pallet(31) to load plural pallets storing parts, and a sensor detecting parts; an order command system commanding production sequence to manufacturing process of the vehicle; a command monitor(50) receiving information from the order command system, and displaying loading parts; a worker input unit installed at the side of the pallet storage to load parts and input signals on loaded parts; and a robot(80) loading the part from the pallet storage on an assembling jig(70). Manpower is reduced, and failure rate is minimized by loading parts automatically.

PURPOSE: A vehicle transporting apparatus is provided to transfer various kinds of vehicles by adjusting the position of a locator gripping the vehicle body according to the shape of each vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body transporting system is composed of an upper frame(100) moving up and down with circulating the upper passage of a vehicle assembly line; rods(110) connected to corners of the upper frame, and moved to grip vehicle bodies below the upper frame; and a variable hanger attachment(120) mounted to the lower part of the rod, and adjusted according to the shape of the vehicle body. The variable hanger attachment has a housing(122) including plural fitting grooves, and plural locators(124) protruded according to load of the vehicle body. Working efficiency is improved by transferring the vehicle body with the variable hanger attachment.

CONSTITUTION: The die replacement system of hemming press comprises a multifunctional clamp(13) comprising a side end part(13a) tapered approximately in a triangular shape, and a lower front end(13b) tapered in a certain angle to an upper end surface(13c) of the multifunctional clamp(13); and a die(14) on which shapes(14a,14b) corresponding to the side end part(13a) and lower front end(13b) of the multifunctional clamp(13) are formed, wherein the die(14) is ascended and descended with being interlockingly connected to forward and backward movements of the multifunctional clamp(13).
