Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-torque and dual power mixing system to optimize fuel ratio of vehicle is provided to optimize a fuel ratio and to power drive by driving by a fuel ratio output, and to improve a vehicle marketability through a fuel ratio saving. CONSTITUTION: The multi-torque and dual power mixing system to optimize fuel ratio of vehicle includes a multi-torque and a dual power. The multi torque sets a maximum torque separately based on each transmission gear level within an engine nominal torque range. The dual power drives the vehicle with a fuel ratio output, and controls a fuel amount based on a load condition of the vehicle by controlling a maximum output of each transmission gear level. The fuel ratio output is in a range of 70~90% of the nominal output at all engine section. A changeover of the dual power and the multi torque is carried out through an outer switch or an accelerator pedal switch. The changeover of the dual power and the multi torque is carried out through an engine control unit inputting a signal of change amount of the accelerator pedal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel blocking device of a common rail system and a method for controlling the same are provided to block the fuel supply in the beginning of the crack generation causing fuel leakage and generate a warning message to a driver, thereby protecting the common rail system. CONSTITUTION: A fuel blocking device of a common rail system includes a pipe pressure sensor(32), a solenoid valve(40), and an ECU(50). The pipe pressure sensor is formed in a high pressure fuel pipe(30) to measure the pressure of fuel input to the pipe. The solenoid valve controls the fuel flow from a common rail body(20) to the high pressure fuel pipe. The ECU compares pressure values respectively measured by a rail pressure sensor(25) and the pipe pressure sensor. If the pressure values are not equal, leakage of the fuel pipe is determined and the solenoid valve is controlled to be closed.
