Abstract:
본발명은혼합연소엔진의연료소모시제어방법에관한것으로, 특히, 디젤과가솔린의이중연료를이용한혼합연소엔진에서, 일부연료가완전히소모된경우와같은비상상황시에의엔진제어방법을제공하는것에특징이있다. 이를위해본 발명에서는가솔린또는디젤연료의잔량을실시간으로검출하는한편, 겸출된연료의잔량으로부터혼합연소구현이가능한지여부를판별하여, 혼합연소구현이불가능한경우에는잔존연료중 하나의연료만으로엔진을구동하도록구성된다. 특히, 본발명에서는정상주행상태에서의일반모드(Normal Mode)외에디젤연료소모시의엔진운전을위한가솔린모드(Gasoline Only Mode) 및가솔린연료소모시의엔진운전을위한디젤모드(Deisel Only Mode)를포함하여, 특정연료가소모되더라도비상주행이가능한기술을제공한다.

본 발명은 혼합연소 엔진 시스템에서의 연소압 제어를 이용한 스파크 어시스트 연소 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히, 혼합연소 엔진에서 가솔린의 스파크 이그니션 제어를 이용하여 스파크 어시스트 혼합 연소를 구현하는 한편, 저속/저부하 영역에 대한 혼합 연소 제어 안정성 확보 및 연비 개선 포텐셜을 확보할 수 있는 연소압 제어를 이용한 스파크 어시스트 연소 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 과도 구간인지를 판단하고, 연소 특성 파라미터로부터 연소 제어 파라미터(Δ)를 산출하여, 산출된 연소 제어 파라미터(Δ)를 이용하여 보정된 스파크 타이밍(SparkTimingMap_ Adj )과 보정된 인젝션 타이밍(InjectionTimingMap_ Adj )을 산출함으로써, 보정된 스파크 타이밍(SparkTimingMap_ Adj )으로 실린더를 점화하고, 보정된 인젝션 타이밍(InjectionTimingMap_ Adj )으로 실린더에 연료를 분사하는 연소압 제어를 수행하게 된다.

The present invention relates to an electronic shift lever, and more particularly, to an electronic shift lever comprising: a case having a hollow in the longitudinal direction thereof; a shift lever cover covering the hollow and coupled to front and rear lower surfaces of the case by a case attachment part; a rod receiving part adjacent to a lower end of the case and including a penetrating tube therein in the longitudinal direction thereof; a rod received in the penetrating tube and spaced a predetermined distance from a lower part of the shift lever cover to slide back and forth; a recognizing sensor formed on an inner lower surface of the rod receiving part in the longitudinal direction thereof and sensing a location of the rod; and a change gear step magnet spaced a predetermined distance from a lower end of the shift lever cover and disclosed in the longitudinal direction thereof and temporarily stopping the rod. Accordingly, the electronic shift lever is prevented from protruding out of a console of a vehicle so as to protect a driver from a car accident, and a wide space can be formed around the electronic shift lever, and a change gear step display part of the electronic shift lever is easy to recognize.

CONSTITUTION: A flake graphite cast iron with excellent tensile strength and machinability comprises Fe, C 2.5-3.5 weight%, Si 1.5-2.5 weight%, P less than 0.15 weight%, S less than 0.30 weight%, Cr 0.1-0.4 weight%, Cu 0.2-1.0 weight%, Sn less than 0.1 weight%, Mn 1.0-3.0 weight%, and Ni 0.1-1.0 weight%.
