    Abstract: Il est proposé un dispositif comprenant un groupement de capteurs (12) et une multiplicité de lignes de bus, chaque capteur étant électriquement connecté à une ligne de bus respective et comprenant une multiplicité respective de groupes de cellules de capteur micro-usiné, les groupes de cellules de capteur d'un capteur particulier étant électriquement reliés l'un à l'autre par la ligne de bus à laquelle est connecté ce capteur, chaque groupe de cellules de capteur comprenant une multiplicité respective de cellules de capteur micro-usiné (12) qui sont électriquement connectées l'une à l'autre et ne peuvent pas être déconnectées l'une de l'autre par commutation, le dispositif comprenant en outre des moyens pour isoler n'importe lequel des groupes de cellules de capteur d'avec sa ligne de bus associée et en réponse au fait que l'une quelconque des cellules de capteur micro-usiné de ce groupe de cellules de capteur est court-circuitée à la masse. Dans une mise en oeuvre, les moyens d'isolement comprennent une multiplicité de fusibles. Dans une autre mise en oeuvre, les moyens d'isolement comprennent une multiplicité de modules de protection contre les courts-circuits, chaque module comprenant un circuit de mesure d'intensité et un interrupteur d'isolement électrique.

    Abstract: A digital data detector (27) is part of the primary side control electronics in a high voltage integrated circuit for regulating a power supply secondary side output potential; the detector output (27a) is responsive to the transitions of digital error data received from the supply secondary side via an electrically-isolated data transmission means. Only the transition edges are utilized by the detector, so that any non-linearity after each transition of the transmission means is immaterial. If the isolation device is a pulse transformer (17), the transformer core can be of relatively small volume, as full-pulse reproduction is unimportant and pulse saturation is tolerable. A multiplexer (33) allows the primary side control electronics to initiate power supply operation; control is switched to the secondary side responsive to signal edges therefrom being detected by the digital data detector.
