Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a thermally insulating material that is prevented from the permeation of carbon dioxide gas contained in the bubbles of the thermally insulating material and deformation of the thermally insulating material, in the thermally insulating box body that is used for a refrigerator and a showcase. CONSTITUTION: A polyvinylidene chloride sheet 6 is joined to a part of a thermally insulating box body, that is plastic inner box 2. The polyvinylidene chloride sheet 6 has a better gas barrier characteristic. The space part 4 of it is filled with a thermally insulating material 5. Therefore, the poly-vinylidene chloride sheet 6 lies between the thermally insulating material 5 and the plastic inner box 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the heat insulating door, having a specific urethane heat insulating material integrally foamed in a heat insulating space, firmly bonding to a cap door without causing the discoloration by heat in injection molding and causing crazes, etc., and useful as a refrigerator, etc. CONSTITUTION:This heat insulating door is composed of (A) a cap door made of a resin and (C) a urethane heat insulating material integrally formed in a heat insulating space formed with (B) a door made of a metal and the component (C) is composed of a polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, HCFC123 or 141b and a mixture thereof as a foaming agent and an organic isocyanate containing polymeric MDI or its prepolymer and TDI-80, crude TDI and a prepolymerized substance thereof as the remainder as an isocyanate component. The component (A) is a composition prepared by mixing a graft copolymer of (i) 30-50wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and (ii) 50-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with a copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) and a polyn-butyl acrylate coated with the copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) in the presence of a conjugated diene-based rubber.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent permeation of foaming agent into resin by absorbing HCFC123 and HCFC141b of the agent by copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and n-propyl acrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulator is made of HCFC123 or HCFC141b and its mixture, and organic polymer isocyanate containing 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI or its prepolymer compound. A front of a resinous door is formed of mixture of graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic rubber, copolymer of 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound, and 30-70wt.% of resin composition mixed with copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and n-propyl acrylate resin coated with copolymer of 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve an assemblying work characteristic in a thermal insulated box to be used in a refrigerator or a show case. CONSTITUTION:A thermal insulated box is comprised of a vacuum thermal insulated plate 8 arranged in a thermal insulated space 5 formed by a plastic inner box 2 and a metallic outer box 3, formed to be adapted for a shape of a condensing pipe 16 in advance and fixed with adhesive agent to an inner surface of the outer box 3 with the condensing pipe 16 being held between it and the outer box 3; some embedded parts such as a freezing cycle suction pipe 13 embedded between the vacuum thermal insulating plate 8 and the inner box 2 through a spacer 17 against the vacuum thermal insulating plate 8, an electrical wiring 14 and a defrosted water drain pipe 15 and the like; and foamed thermal insulating material 7 filled in the thermal insulating space 5. Since the vacuum thermal insulating plate 8 is fixed to the inner surface of the outer box 3 with adhesive agent, a space between the vacuum thermal insulating plate 8 and the inner box 2 can be made large, resulting in that the embedded parts may easily be arranged and their assemblying operation can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a thin wall portion of an inner box from bulging out by a method wherein a heat insulating box is comprised of an inner box, an outer box and a foam heat insulating material, and the inner box is provided with a rib having holes with a diameter through which the foam heat insulating material can not enter and further having holes through which a foam producing agent can escape. CONSTITUTION: An inner box 13 made of plastic material formed under a vacuum formation is constructed such that thin wall portions 14 such as corners of it are provided with elongated protrusion ribs 11. The ribs 11 have holes 12 at their extremities. Such an inner box 13 is assembled into an outer box 3 and then a foam heat insulating material 6 is filled in a closed space 4. The thin wall portions 14 at the inner box 2 of the heat insulating box 1 are provided with the elongated protrusion ribs 11 having holes 12 therein through which fluorocarbon gas 5 escapes, thereby even if a cooling operation is stopped, a temperature within the heat insulating box is increased due to temperature of surrounding atmosphere, fluorocarbon gas 10 within the foam heat insulating material is expanded and flows into a clearance 7 between the inner box 2 and the foam heat insulating material 6, deformation of the thin wall portions of the inner box 2 is preventable because the gas is discharged through the holes 12.
