SOLUTION: This heat insulation box body is formed such that through-holes 20, 21, and 24, 25 are formed in both sides and the back of the groove part of an inner box 14 and both sides and the back of a partition wall 15, and the internal part of the partition wall 15 and a space part between an outer box 13 and the inner box 14 are filled with a foaming heat insulation material 16 by using the through-hikes 20 and 24 on both sides as an inflow hole for a foaming heat insulation material 16 and through-holes 21 and 25 in the back as an air vent hole to join together the inner box 14 and the partition wall 15.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the sealing of a gap between a heat insulated door and a heat insulated box completely by arranging a heat insulated box to be provided with a recess which abuts a soft packing on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door equipped with a switch section for turning ON or OFF an electromagnet and with a flange having an attraction section which the electromagnet abuts. CONSTITUTION:A soft packing 13 as elastic body comprising a thermoplastic resin foam or the like is provided on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door 3 while an electromagnet 14 which is magnetized or demagnetized by turning ON or OFF a switch section 15 is provided circumferentially. On the other hand, a flange 17 having a recess 18 abutting the soft packing 13 and an attraction part 19 abutting the electromagnet 14 are formed on a heat insulated box 2 having a front opening being opened or closed with the heat insulated door 3. Then, a user of a refrigerator closes the heat insulated door 3 and when the switch section 15 is turned 'ON', the electromagnet 14 has a magnetic force and gets closely on the attraction part 19 of the flange 17 while the soft packing part 13 gets closely on the recess 18. Thus, the heat insulated door 3 is closed tight on the heat insulated box 2.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in a chamber by adopting an inner box made of high nitrile ABS resin, forming a clear film inside the inner box and filling an insulation material, which uses a specific Freon as a foaming agent, into a spot between the inner box and the outer box. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of an inner box is coated with an about 200 to 300mu thick constantly dried-state acrylic or urethane clear film, thereby forming a high nitrile ABS resin-made inner box 5. An insulation material 4 is filled into a box-shaped space between the inner box 5 and an outer box 3 where HCFC 123 or HCFC 141b is used as a foaming agent, thereby completing an insulation box member of a refrigerator 1. Since the clear coating 6 is applied to the inner surface of the inner box 5 in this manner, it is difficult for a polymerization and composition agent C12 mercaptan to penetrate. Its action as a barrier prevents a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in the chamber. It is also arranged to eliminate a strong mercaptan odor by mixing zeolite particles or aromatic agent as an odor adsorbing material with the ABS resin.

CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door 2 for use in a refrigerator, etc., is formed by inserting a cap door 11 with a U-shaped cross section into the peripheral edge of a door surface iron plate 3, and disposing a methane heat insulating material 5 in a box-shaped space formed by the door surface iron plate 3 and the cap door 11. A reinforcing rib 12 is formed on the cap door 11. Thereupon, the cap door 11 is formed with ABS allay resin including 40-50 pts.wt of crystalline resin of nylon and polypropylene. The urethane heat insulating material 5 is formed by integrally foaming Freon 123 as a foaming agent. Hereby, excellent design properties of a round form is kept while the cap door 11 is prevented from being cracked against the chemical attack property of the Freon 123.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dropping of water droplets generated at the time of cooling by previously integrally molding a foamable vinylidene chloride heat insulator so as to match the shape of a space made of an inner plate, an outer plate and a frame material, and then assembling the inner plate, the outer plate and the material. CONSTITUTION:A foama vinylidene chloride heat insulator 26 is previously molded to match the shape of a space 12 formed of an inner plate 4, an outer plate 2 and a frame material 3. The insulator 26 is integrally molded and assembled. Thus, the insulator 26 is integrally molded to eliminate gaps to prevent dropping of water droplets from the gaps of the material 3 and the plate 4 upon generation of the droplets due to cooling of humidity in the atmosphere to be invaded from the gap between the plate 2 and the material 3 to arrive at the plate 4 and condensed. That is, gaps of the insulators 26 to be formed upon aligning of the insulators 26 in the space are eliminated.

The resin cap door comprises a composition containing a graft copolymer produced by copolymerizing 30-50wt.% of (i) a vinyl cyanide compound with (ii) 50-70wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated dienic rubber, a copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii, and n-butyl acrylate/n-propyl acrylate copolymer coated with the copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii.

CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box used for a refrigerator, a display case, etc., is formed by incorporating a foamed heat insulator 4 between a plastic inner box 2 and an outer box 2 brought into contact with an iron plate, and comprises a mold release sheet 5 interposed between the inner, outer boxes 2, 3 and the insulator 4 on the entire surface. As the sheet 5, a paraffin sheet, a PVC sheet, a PP sheet, a PE sheet, etc., having no adhesive properties with the insulator 4 is used. The box 2 is covered on its outside with the sheet 5 before the insulator 4 is injected, and the sheet 5 is inserted along the inside of the box 4. When the boxes 2, 3 processed in this manner are engaged, the sheet 5 is simultaneously caulked to be assembled.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To bond a cap door with a urethane insulation material firmly and enhance structure strength by planting hair all over the surfaces which come in contact with the urethane insulation material of the resin-made cap door in the U-shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION:An insulation door comprises a door front iron sheet 3, a U-shaped cross section cap door which is injection-molded with Freon 123-resistant resin or Freon 141b resistant resin and an urethane insulation material 6 which uses as a foaming agent Freon 123 or Freon 14b integrally expanded in a box-shaped space comprising the cap door 7 and the iron sheet 3. After a bonding agent 10 is applied to the whole surface which comes in contact with the insulation material 6 of the cap door 7, there fixedly adheres a planted air surface 9, which comprises natural fiber and chemical fiber-made short fiber according to an electric hair planting process. The penetration of the planted hair into the insulation material 6 makes it possible to bond the insulation material 6 with the cap door 7 based on the anchor effect physically and powerfully as well.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of rigid polyurethane foam of low density and low compression strength by providing a door front iron sheet and a reinforcing plate made of an insulated iron sheet and expanding integrally a rigid polyurethane foam insulating material in a box-shaped space between the door front iron board and the reinforcing plate. CONSTITUTION:In the door of this refrigerator, a reinforcing plate 3 is covered with a rigid urethane foam-made insulation material 6 where a rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 4 is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space which comprises the reinforcing plate 3 covered with the insulation material 6 and a door front iron sheet. The reaction heat of the rigid polyurethane foam 4 is arranged not to hinder the formation of foams of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 4 even near the reinforcing plate 3 since this construction reduces the heating value absorbed by the reinforcing plate 3 cut off by the rigid polyurethane foam insulation material 6. More specifically, this construction prevents the formation of low density and low compression polyurethane foam and provides a favorable outside view.
