Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum window including an information display function is provided to supply various displays by implementing a dot matrix on a window through a field emission display structure. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum window including an information display function comprises a first and second plate glass, a sealing material(330), a spacer(340), a cathode electrode(350), and an anode electrode. The sealing material is comprised of a glass frit material and seals the space in between the first and second plate glass in order to be vacuumed. The cathode electrode is formed in an inner side of the second plate glass and includes a field emission emitter(352) emitting an electron. The anode electrode(360) is formed in the inner side of the first plate glass and includes a fluorescent substance(362) generating light with the electron. Each dot comprising the field emission emitter and the fluorescent substance is displayed with a successive dot matrix driving method.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A getter built-in field emission X-ray tube device is provided to easily maintain a vacuum level by generating joule heat in a getter. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(130) emits electrons through a field emission emitter. A gate(140) adds an electric field to the field emission emitter through a gate electrode. The electrons generated in the cathode are focused on focusing electrodes(150,160). Focused electrons collide with an anode target. An anode(190) generates X-rays. A getter embedded part(100) activates by generating joule heat to a getter. The getter embedded part maintains a vacuum level by the activated getter. An exhausting part exhausts air in the anode or the getter embedded part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A field emission device is provided to maintain insulating state by easily arranging a pattern of a field emission emitter and a gate hole through a rotation preventing guide. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(130) emits electrons through a field emission emitter. A plurality of gates(140) adds an electric field to the gate field emission emitter or controls electron beam trajectory. A rotation preventing guide combines the cathode with the plurality of gates using a combining unit. The rotation preventing guide easily arranges the cathode with the plurality of gates. Abstract: Provided is a pulse drive-type field emission device. The pulse drive-type field emission device includes anode and cathode substrates that are spaced apart from and face each other, a cathode electrode formed on the cathode substrate, and a field emitter formed on the cathode electrode. The pulse drive-type field emission device further includes a metal mesh-type gate electrode having an opening through which electrons emitted from the field emitter pass and a power source which applies a compensated pulse wave power to the gate electrode or the cathode electrode to compensate for vibration of the gate electrode. Thus, noise from the metal mesh can be prevented without additional fabrication processes by modifying a waveform in pulse driving.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A color variable field emission device is provided to freely change a color of the emitted light by controlling the luminous intensity of red, green, blue colors. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first to third cathode electrode blocks is electrically connected to each other on a cathode substrate. A plurality of first to third field emitter blocks is formed on the first to third cathode electrode blocks with a preset pattern. The red, green, blue phosphor layers are formed on an anode electrode with a preset pattern corresponding to the first to third field emitter blocks. Abstract: A compact X-ray tube with a triode structure using CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) is provided to increase an electric field emitting area in a CNT emitter, thereby maximizing currents emitting per a unit area. A compact X-ray tube comprises an electron emission unit(200) and an anode unit. The electron emission unit comprises a cathode(220), a gate portion(250) and a cover(260).
