An FPC and another circuit board having terminals parts where a plurality of conductive interconnects are arranged are prepared. An adhesive film is arranged between the terminal part of the FPC and the terminal part of the circuit board to form a stack. A rigid head having a pushing face on which a plurality of convex parts are formed is used to hot-press the stack from the FPC side to soften the adhesive film and locally expel the softened adhesive film at the locations pressed by the convex parts of the rigid head.

The invention relates to a method of aligning a flexible foil sheet having a general first foil sheet length direction to form stacked foil sheet layers on a reel having a reel diameter. The method comprises providing multiple alignment markers in the foil sheet, distanced conform the reel diameter and each having an mark length direction transverse to the first foil sheet length direction, to form protrusions and corresponding recesses on opposite faces of the foil sheet; winding the foil sheet on the reel in the first foil sheet length direction of the foil sheet; and co-aligning the alignment markers to have protrusions of one mark matching with a recess of another mark, so as to block relative movement of the stacked foil sheet layers in the first foil sheet length direction. Preferably, the foil sheet layers are provided with device functionality to form a stacked foil sheet layered device.

Zusammenfassend wird aufgrund des integrierten Sensormoduls (1) für Mechatroniken die Anbringung und elektrische Anbindung von Sensorelementen erleichtert. Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der gehäusten Sensorkomponente direkt auf der Leiterplatte (5) ist aufgrund der durch Fräsen erzeugten biegbaren Lasche (6) und deren Anbindung an das Sensorelement (6) besonders bevorzugt. Gleichzeitig wird durch das erfindungsgemäße Konzept sichergestellt, dass eine einfache und stabile Geometrie der Ausnehmung in der Leiterplatte (5) beispielsweise durch Stanzen eingehalten werden kann.

A mutual connection structure between multi-layer baseboards and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The structure includes a first multi-layer baseboard (300) and a second multi-layer baseboard (400). The first multi-layer baseboard has a first metal layer (11), a first dielectric layer (13) and a hole (1,2,3). The end edge of the first metal layer is connected to that of the corresponding first dielectric layer, and separated from the end edge of the other adjacent first metal layers (14,17) and dielectric layers (16,19). The second multi-layer baseboard has a second metal layer (21) and a second dielectric layer (23). The end edge of the second metal layer is connected to that of the corresponding second dielectric layer, and separated from the end edge of the other adjacent second metal layers (24,27) and dielectric layers (26,29). The hole are formed on the end of the first dielectric layer of the first multi-layer baseboard, and have a conductive portion therein. The conductive portion of the first metal layer is bonded to the second metal layer of the second multi-layer baseboard.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Kontaktiervorrichtung, insbesondere für elektronische Schaltungen, mit einem elektrisch nicht leitenden Substrat, auf dem mindestens ein elektrisch leitfähiges Kontaktelement angeordnet ist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Kontaktiervorrichtung als Berührungskontaktiervorrichtung (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Substrat (2) zum Aufbringen eines Kontaktierdrucks aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material gebildet ist oder dieses aufweist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine elektrische/elektronische Schaltung mit der vorstehend genannten elektrischen Kontaktiervorrichtung.
